For many, this band needs no introduction, as they are indeed legends in a vibrant scene stretching across the world. This full-length, their sixth, in 45 years as a band, truly exemplifies how incredible and how special this band is. After only three months of playing shows, DAG Nasty went into Inner Ear Studios with IAN Mackaye. Dag With Shawn was recorded on Halloween Day 1985 and features the original line-up of the band with Shawn Brown on vocals. Initially songs from this session were to be released as a four-song 7-inch on Dischord, but shortly after the recording Shawn left Dag Nasty and the tape was shelved. In early 1986 the band re-recorded the entire album with new vocalist Dave Smalley and released it as Can I Say. Shawn went on to form the much loved Swiz and Dag Nasty went through several more line-up changes over the years, including another vocal switch when Dave Smalley was replaced by Peter Cortner. This original session has only been previously available as partial out-takes and unauthorized bootlegs and, until now, has never been released in its complete form. This recording, taken from restored master tapes, offers a unique view into the early development of one of DC’s most influential bands. LP includes a download.

Hailing from Florida, The Tropics were one of the finest 60s garage bands. Their memorable concerts are still remembered today by the lucky ones who saw them at the time. Between 1965 and 1969, they recorded some explosive and now legendary 45s which are prime examples of garage-rock, teen-beat, folk-rock and proto-psych sounds. Here you’ll find most of those 45 sides along with some rare, previously unreleased on vinyl tracks. Including the classic “As time’s gone” (covered by The Fuzztones) and many more.

Heavyflow is the debut album by Skinny Girl Diet, released in Sept 2016 by two sisters from North London who play raw, abrasive, in your face guitar music.

Formed in 2011 when still young teenagers, their first gig was with the Slits' Viv Albertine and the TV personalities. While a three piece with their cousin Amelia on bass they played around the London area initially, earning touring stripes with their own generation's breakthrough bands such as The Fat White Family and Slaves. Last year they appeared alongside legends John Cooper Clarke and The Raincoats, played dates in Europe and were interviewed by Arte for German TV.

Iggy Pop recently said “Here are some people who just want to reach out and grab your ears” when he played them three times on his Iggy Pop Confidential BBC Radio 6 music shows and everyone from XFM’s Jon Kennedy, BBC Radio 6’s Marc Riley, Gideon Coe and Steve Lamaq, and BBC Radio 1’s Rob Da Bank have put them on the airwaves.

They have graced the cover of Beat, can be spotted online and in magazines like Dazed and Confused, Vice, Vogue, Crack and The Guardian. Not to mention the stacks of underground zines.

Born out of a cold, desolate winter in a corner of Stockholm, NONN's icy surroundings inevitably became a huge influence on these recordings - blurring the line between sharp, glacial post-punk and the industrial electronic sounds of the 80s. The tracks are influenced as much by Kraftwerk, Movement-era New Order and Suicide as they are akin to modern outfits such as label-mates The Underground Youth and Throw Down Bones.

Seaway formed in 2011 in Oakville, Ontario, consisting of Ryan Locke on vocals, Patrick Carleton on guitar and vocals, Andrew Eichinger on
guitar, Adam Shoji on bass, and Ken Taylor on drums.[1] All of the members have been friends since high school.[2] Seaway was originally a
side-project of hardcore band The Fellowship, which featured Locke on drums, Eichinger on guitar and Taylor on vocals.
The band released their debut full-length record in 2013 through Mutant League Records. They began to tour, supporting Major League in
February and March 2014. Seaway went on a co-headlining Summer 2014 tour with Stickup Kid, with support from Driver Friendly, from
early July to late August.[ Seaway signed to Pure Noise Records and released their debut EP "All In My Head" in November 2014. The band
went on The Intercontinental Championships Tour in the UK, supporting Neck Deep in January and February 2015. The band supported As
It Is and This Wild Life on their tour of the UK in May.

Kaleidoscope are a rare group, having continually evolved and expanded in form since their inception. Volume 3 marks the first Kaleidoscope release of 2017, a masterfully crafted follow-up to several cassette releases on their own D4MT Labs imprint and a 7” EP on Katorga Works. Since then, the three members of Kaleidoscope have taken up residency in a shared Brooklyn apartment and basement studio. In doing so, their collective spirit of creativity and resourcefulness has risen to an all-time high. The six tracks on Volume 3 serve as a testament to the group's unique and unwavering commitment to an original sound—one that is undoubtedly crafted with a well-refined taste for international punk and hardcore, but also embraces experimentation. Engineered entirely in the group's home studio and layered with original samples, overdubs, and guest instrumentation from an ensemble of friends. The end result is simple—a highly impressive production that commands repeat listening. Volume 3 is presented with the recognizable aesthetic of previous Kaleidoscope releases, directed by guitarist/vocalist INFORMATION MAN [SHDK], though truly a cohesive group effort. Packaged with a Risographed lyric booklet that serves as a proper companion piece to each transmission.

Throughout the late ’90s and early ’00s, the Gainesville, Florida band Hot Water Music perfected a big, hearty, melodic form of punk rock, one that left an impact on emo without ever becoming emo. In recent years, the band has only been intermittently active, even breaking up for a few years in the late ’00s. But later this year, Hot Water Music will release Light It Up, their first new album in five years.

Re-release of legendary punk-rock / Skate-punk band Atlas Losing GRIP's debut album, pressed on yellow vinyl, limited to 200 copies. Hand numbered and signed by the band members! In 2005, when the melodic punk-scene in Sweden was almost completely dead, they appeared. Atlas Losing Grip rose from the ashes and their debut-album "Shut the World Out" took them touring all around Europe. Satanic Surfers' lead singer and frontman Rodrigo Alfaro appeared as a guest vocalist on the debut-album, and was later on recruited in 2008.

With his brilliant new album "Kill The Lights," West Bay native Tony Molina continues his artistic evolution, steadily moving away from raging Weezer/Teenage Fanclub-style power-pop nuggets fueled by shredding guitar pyrotechnics and Tony's ironclad DIY HC roots to mostly acoustic arrangements that owe as much to "Horizontal"-era Bee Gees and the Fanclub's mellower moments as they do to Georges Harrison and Martin. From the Byrds-y opener "Nothing I Can Say" to the subtly wrenching "Wrong Town" and the gorgeous folk-picking of "Now That She's Gone" we hear Tony synthesizing his influences with great skill and intention These classic folk and pop styles are being employed in the service of stellar songs and universal lyrical truths, reflecting a dedication to craft combined with an intense commitment to self-expression that transcends simplistic genre boundaries and is totally true to Tony's DIY punk roots.

Deanna Belos has been a fixture in the Chicago punk scene since she was in Junior High,
attending shows, singing along, and raising hell in general. But she was more than just a
face in the crowd, Deanna was a radiant friend to all, and at some point she picked up a
guitar and made a different contribution the Chicago underground scene: her own music
under the name Sincere Engineer. Over the last couple years we've encouraged her to
keep writing songs and she surprised us all by assembling a great band and recording an
impressive album. Her debut, "Rhombithian", was Produced by Matt Jordan (You Blew It!,
Dowsing, etc.) and pairs the sounds of Chicago punk and the youthful Midwest "emo

So Sick, the debut album on In the Red Records by Southern California punk quartet the Side Eyes, raises interesting questions about nature versus nurture—the eternal scientific debate about whether a human being’s personality is predetermined by genetics or whether it’s actually shaped by the environment one grows up in. Their lead singer, Astrid McDonald, is a fascinating test case. The 22-year-old Angeleno is the real-wild-child daughter of Go-Go’s guitarist-songwriter Charlotte Caffey and Redd Kross singer-guitarist Jeff McDonald. How much has McDonald’s notoriously fiery onstage presence been influenced by basic heredity and how much was her personality inspired by being raised by two legendary punk-pop icons?

Similarly, how did growing up together as brothers in New Jersey affect the hard-driving musical attack of 22-year-old guitarist Kevin Devine and 20-year-old bassist Chris Devine? Much of rock history has been fueled by the unique familial dynamics and sibling rivalries of brothers in bands, from the Everly Brothers and the Kinks’ Ray and Dave Davies to Redd Kross’ Jeff and Steven McDonald. When the two Devines’ aggressive approach is combined with 23-year-old San Diego native Nick Arnold’s remorselessly throttling drumming, the Side Eyes end up as a powerfully controlled punk rock machine that blows past the sonic barriers of their past inspirations.
