In Aphes, you will even hear bards' songs, that Chang especially composed for this world."Golden Olive", the main theme of "Asterigos", is performed by Asja Kadric, who sang in "Guild War 2", while the lyrics for "Nostalgia", the theme song, were written by Matthew Yen, a well-known Taiwanese lyricist and novelist. Furthermore, "Nostalgia" is sung by Emi Evans, whose vocals are also featured in "NieR:Automata". In the world created by "Asterigos", many songs are re-arranged and performed by Percival Schuttenbach, who is famous for his works in "The Witcher 3". Composer Lorne Balfe's overall musical and philosophical approach to Black Adam was 'to get the emotion and darkness of the main characters back story across to the audience, whilst simultaneously intertwining the old themes and familiarities of the DC comic book world and introducing a new class of superheroes.” He further noted “One way to bring in the feeling of an ancient world together was to collaborate with traditional instruments from Latin America, India, Africa and the Middle East. A particular highlight for me was a percussion session I did where we enlisted several musicians playing various traditional instruments together to achieve this specific sound. Further, we had a large brass section across the score to give the weight and power of the main character’s past, which I balanced out with high tempo, more melodic sounds to give the audience that more familiar heroic feel. We also experimented a lot with choir on this project which was able to contribute a unique and classical sound that ties in nicely with Black Adam’s story.”

Born of the overarching World of Darkness and the tabletop phenomenon Vampire: The Masquerade, Bloodhunt is Sharkmob’s thrilling spin on the multiplayer action genre that sees players take part in a ruthless war between vampire factions.

Bloodhunt boasts a sonically rich score sired by acclaimed Polish-Bulgarian composer Atanas Valkov, and featuring the Sofia Session Orchestra & Choir. The city of Prague provided much of the aesthetic inspiration for Bloodhunt’s soundscape: classical and romantic, yet with many a shadowy corner in which a vampire might secrete themselves. Valkov enjoyed creating contrast between modern electronic musical elements and old world ones, as well as layering guitars and using irregular rhythmic structures. The overall soundtrack is both cinematic and brutal.

The deluxe double LP set features a deluxe gatefold sleeve (individually inkjet numbered) and printed inners dripping with stylish artwork by Sharkmob. 16 tracks have been mastered specially for vinyl, and pressed onto heavyweight, red and transparent LPs with a cloudy effect. Also included are composer liner notes.

Featuring music by EMMY® and BAFTA Award winning composer Bear McCreary (Godzilla: King Of The Monsters, TV’s The Walking Dead) in a special deluxe double LP vinyl edition. Directed by Lars Klevberg and starring Aubrey Plaza, Gabriel Bateman, Brian Tyree Henry, and featuring the new voice of Chucky performed by Mark Hamill (Star Wars), CHILD’S PLAY is the 2019 American horror film reboot of the 1988 film of the same title. The plot follows a family that is terrorized by a high tech doll that rejects its programming and becomes self aware.

Composer Bear McCreary’s music of CHILD’S PLAY is carried out with his assembly of a “toy orchestra”. McCreary uses his own voice to create an ominous “kids choir” and collaborates closely with legendary actor Mark Hamill who sings the track for the film, “The Buddi Song”. Inspired by Chucky’s toy origins, McCreary challenged himself by composing a score predominately with toys and handheld instruments, completely avoiding traditional orchestra. Toy pianos, slinkies, xylophones, rattles, ukuleles, accordions, kazoos, hurdy gurdies, and more are married with a variety synthesizers, percussion, violin, viola, cello, and bass to create a wholly original, terrifying, and dynamic score.

Album features include the complete film music by Bear McCreary, double 180 gram “Chucky’s Eyes” colored vinyl (Blue and Red), artwork by Phantom City Creative, composer liner notes, a 12”x12” insert, and deluxe packaging.

Fire Walk With Me is an altogether more brooding affair than the Twin Peaks series soundtrack. Badalamenti won a grammy for the title track of this LP and it's not hard to see why- it's dangerous, and bursting with smokey jazz thanks to Jimmy Scott. We went back to the master tapes in the Warner Archives and had this recut to fit across two LPs as the score clocks in at 51 minutes. It sounds incredible and punchy, but super nuanced too.

From the brooding opening bars of the main Fire Walk With Me Theme, Angelo Badalamenti's gorgeous, eerie score introduces us to a cinematic experience which significantly begins with the smashing of a television screen. Just as the Main Title from Blue Velvet echoed the Hitchcockian hues of Bernard Herrmann, so here we have just the slightest touch of Taxi Driver, as Jim Hynes' plaintive, keening trumpet soars above a landscape of melancholy keyboards, drawing us into a world which is at once alien and familiar.

This release is housed in a 425-gsm gatefold sleeve inside a bespoke black die cut outer jacket with black spot varnish finish, complete with obi strip and sleeve notes by film critic Mark Kermode (approved by David Lynch and Angelo Badalamenti The artwork got fully approved by the director as the audio got approved by the composer
The 180-gram „Cherry Pie“ vinyl 2LP got remastered by Tal Miller at Warner Archives, while laquers were cut by David Cheppa at Plush Vinyl.
