All of Europe was dancing and singing to the songs "Take away the colour", "Think about the way" and "It's a rainy day" and everybody became familiar with Alexia's beautiful clear voice. In 1995 Robyx decided to compose a song especially for her. "Me and you" was her first single and within just days of its release, its presence was felt across Europe, reaching no.1 in Italy and in Spain. As a follow-up to "Me and you", the new single, "Summer is crazy", came out in 1996. The song reached the top of the charts and became the signature tune for "Festivalbar", the most popular Italian summer music festival. It was no.1 in Italy, Spain and Finland, top 20 in France, top 40 in the rest of Europe and was one of the biggest summer successes of 1996. As summer drew to a close it was time to create a new song fit for Alexia's incredible voice. In November 1996 Alexia released her third single, “Number One”. It proved to be a smash hit, going to no.1 in Italy and many other countries. In January 1997 recording of her first album “Fan Club” began. It was released in May 1997 together with a new single, "Uh la la la", for the imminent summer season. "Uh la la la" was the most played and danced song of that summer! It reached no.1 in Italy, Spain and Finland and made top ten throughout the rest of Europe. The album sold more than six hundred thousand copies and was awarded many gold and platinum discs.

Originally released in 2005, 'Insen' is the second collaboration album between Alva Noto and Ryuichi Sakamoto and the second installment of V.I.R.U.S.'s five albums series.

Remastered in 2021 in collaboration with Calyx Studio, the album's recordings are accompanied by an unreleased composition titled 'Barco.' Initially composed for Alva Noto and Ryuichi Sakamoto's 2005 'Insen' tour, the audio material used in this piece is based on the subtle sounds of Barco projectors, whose tonalities served as a ground for the artists' live improvisation. ? In 'Insen', Alva Noto and Ryuichi Sakamoto explore the potential for interaction and tension between electronic and acoustic instrumentation. Across eight compositions, the echoes of the cascading piano combine, collide, and dissolve with the tapestry of digital breakages in sheer vibrancy. This relationship lies at the album's core. It subtly continues Vrioon's calm melancholia, becoming a vessel for all the emotions and memories nourished by the listener. As you hear the opening, lonesome notes of 'Aurora,' you realize that the pair have once again conceded an ambition to embed elaborate disciplines into an archetypal sound of soul-searching beauty.

Initially released in 2006, ‘Revep’ is the third collaboration album between Alva Noto and Ryuichi Sakamoto and the third installment of V.I.R.U.S.’s five albums series. Remastered in 2021 in collaboration with Calyx Studio, the album’s recordings are accompanied by three new compositions titled ‘City Radieuse’, ‘Veru 1’, and ‘Veru 2’. ‘City Radieuse’ was composed for the 2012 short cinematic essay titled ‘Cité Radieuse’ and part of Carsten Nicolai’s ‘future past perfect’ series. The video shot at le Corbusier’s Unité D’Habitation in Nantes (called ‘cité radieuse’) takes the viewer through the modular system and design applied to the residential buildings. The film’s narrative unfolds through a sequence of images tracking the apartments’ indoor space and details, and points to the different benchmarks of standardized production as they correlate to their environment and its inhabitants.

The album’s original recordings resulted from musical exchanges that began with ‘Vrioon’ and revolved around a collaborative arrangement of Sakamoto’s classic ‘Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence,’ the theme music to the 1983 movie starring David Bowie, Takeshi Kitano, and Ryuichi Sakamoto himself. In ‘Revep,’ the piano takes the lead while the padded bass and pitched electronic frequencies mark sudden change. Deeply evocative and effortlessly colliding worlds of analog beauty and digital mastery, this album is considered another indispensable record from the duo’s ongoing collaboration.

AMG (whom The Source called “more foul mouthed than a late 70s Richard Pryor concert film”), was a part of Courtney Branch and Tracy Kendrick's Total Trak Production crew which developed DJ Quik, 2nd II None, Sylk Smoov, Hi-C and Boss. He made his first appearances on DJ Quik's debut album Quik is The Name. In December of 1991, AMG released his self-produced debut solo album Bitch Betta Have My Money with the platinum selling lead single of the same name. This reissue has this West Coast 90s classic on vinyl for the first time since its initial release and includes “I Wanna Be Yo Ho (Remix)” previously available only as a CD bonus track.

In the rich legacy of '90s Italian clubs there's a region and, especially, a place that had its own set of rules. Club Imperiale was located in Tirrenia, on the coast of Tuscany. Its legendary parties, called "Mezzanotte Mezzogiorno” (Midnight Midday), were huge dj marathons that included the cream of local selectors such as Francesco Farfa, Robi J, Miky the Dolphin, Rick 8, and more.

In 1993, what became one of the club’s anthems was produced: “Sweet Revenge” was composed by the Falsini brothers and by one of the resident djs, Andrea Giuditta. The EP was released on Interactive Test and its peculiarity was the participation of Club Imperiale’s vocalist Franchino on one track.

Thirty years later, Evasione Digitale brings back four tracks of pure Tuscan Progressive bliss! The reissue includes the three tracks from the original EP and another version of “Escandalo Total,” previously only available on a limited promo release from Interactive Test.

On August 23, 2024, Andreas Dorau's 1994 album "Neu!" will be released in an exclusive "30th Anniversary" edition - for the first time as a yellow double vinyl, strictly limited to 500 copies and signed by the artist himself. It also includes two B-sides ("Meine Lieder (Musik wird wahr)" and "Von Siemens nach Telefunken") as well as two unpublished remixes that Mike Ink alias Wolfgang Voigt brought out of the basement especially for him and that were not released at the time. The double LP is rounded off with two remixes of "Komm wieder". The gatefold cover contains new liner notes by Hans Nieswandt. Each edition is hand-signed by Andreas Dorau. Originally released exactly thirty years ago In artistic cinema Andrzej Korzyński’s unique experiments with jazz, pop, rock, orchestral and electronic music make his name synonymous with the most praised (Andrzej Wajda) and the most provocative (Andrzej Żuławski) Polish filmmakers (counting many more in between). As an early patron of the Polish New Wave and a key exponent of the development of conceptual Polish pop music his expansive portfolio has remained commercially unreleased and untravelled (like many of the original socialist era Polish made films) and has yet to find its deserved place next to the work of Ennio Morricone, François de Roubaix and John Barry. Now enhanced by a renewed interest in vintage art house film and a subculture of open minded music collectors many Easter European artists, such as Krzysztof Komeda (Poland), Zdeněk Liška (Czechoslovakia) and now Andrzej Korzyński, have finally begun to earn their place alongside their Central European peers.

“Andy Bey is one of those few jazz vocalists who are so singularly personal and distinctive in style that they communicate the material they choose more in the manner of an instrumentalist than a vocalist. On these recordings from 1995, his first after 1974’s “Experience And Judgment”, he sings and accompanies himself on piano on a series of standards, including four by Duke Ellington (including “I Let A Song Go Our Of My Heart” and “In A Sentimental Mood”), two by George & Ira Gershwin (“Someone To Watch Over Me” and “Embraceable You”), Cole Porter’s “You’d Be So Nice To Come Home To”, Jerome Kern’s “Yesterdays”, and others by Ann Ronnell and Tadd Dameron. The setting is intimate and showcases his broad range from baritone to falsetto and his angular and often sparse piano accompaniment. This is the first time these recordings have been issued on vinyl.”
