Formed in Tokyo around 2018, "Johnnivan" mainly revolves around vocalist Johnathan Calrissian and keyboardist Shogo Takatsu. They quickly gained recognition in the Tokyo live music scene, establishing themselves as a standout act. Their unique style sets them apart in the Japanese indie rock landscape, where few can match their distinctiveness. In June 2020, they released their debut album, Students, followed by their sophomore effort, Give In!, in November 2022. Their performances have graced major Japanese festivals, including Summer Sonic. In 2024, they showcased their talents at the DMZ Peace Train Music Festival in Korea, a nod to guitarist Junsoo Lee’s roots, where they enthralled a packed audience with their innovative fusion of classic rock and electronic sounds, complemented by a high-energy live show. In September, the band embarked on their first tour in Seoul and, the following month, participated in the Zandari Festa, further solidifying their international appeal. Necropsy is one of the few really legendary bands of the obscure Finnish death metal scene of the late ’80s / early ’90s. Dark and twisted death metal in the vein of early Sentenced, early Amorphis, Convulse, Demigod, Purtenance, Demilich and Abhorrence. The band hailing from Lahti, Finland was formed in 1987 and released the material presented on this compilation before taking a 14 year long hiatus starting in 1994. Founding member Janne Kosonen along with his brother Tero re-established Necropsy in 2008 and they are still active to this day.

Tomb of the Forgotten (The Complete Demo Recordings 1989-1993), originally released by Century Media in 2013, is the first ever official demo compilation fully authorized by the band and includes Necropsy’s all early recordings with 40 tracks in total. The entire audio material has been carefully remastered from the original master tapes at DMS Mastering (grave, Morbid, Asphyx) for the best possible audio quality. Includes extensive interview with the band, tons of pictures, scans of concert flyers, demo artwork, fanzine reviews, and more.

‘man oh man !’ is the sophomore 11 track album from indie singer-songwriter Martin Luke Brown.

Marking a significant new era in both his personal and musical life, Martin tackles a myriad of themes; self-awareness and personal growth, treasured friendships, swept-off-your-feet romance and gut wrenching heartbreak - all with a laidback, indie singer-songwriter sound that naturally shapes the album into three linear phases: the end of a relationship, new beginnings and the consequential feeling of accepting change.

Described by Martin as a ‘time capsule’, each track on the album was written and recorded in one day, making for a raw and honest snapshot of Martin’s life experiences at the time. Instrumentation is simple and recorded with producer and friend Matt Zara using almost exclusively analog technology – tape machines and vintage mics, a messiness that the duo embraced from the get go.

Martin has released over 100 songs as either a co-writer or a producer, with BTS, Dylan, Jacob Banks, Gavin James, Sam Tompkins,James Smith, Sody andJack Kane. He has also seen a wealth of success as part of pop supergroup Fizz alongside Orla Gartland, dodie, and Greta Isaac, earning widespread praise from the likes of Rolling Stone UK, Dork, DIY, Clash & more.
