Novesta and HHV have come together to celebrate 20 Years of HHV. A lot has changed in the last 20 Years but one thing that hasn’t is the world’s love for music and fashion. Black details throughout give hints to HHV’s routes in vinyl and the use of new materials on the Star Master creates a modern classic. The vulcanized gum sole and the use of ivory corduroy bring the Star Master together like never before.

Established in the 1930s, Novesta is a brand that’s not only known for its unique sneakers but also for producing in Europe. For Novesta, it’s not just about fashion – this company is dedicated to manufacturing shoes according to the highest environmental standards. That’s why Novesta solely uses certified materials such as natural rubber, organic cotton and linen to produce sustainable footwear pieces of the highest quality. Novesta shoes are handcrafted and finished with the signature tire marks around the outsole. The Novesta Star Master is a 50s-style trainer with an authentic look and feel.

The Novesta Star Master is one of a kind, thanks to the full-bodied sole and vulcanization marks that make up a true vulcanized construction that can withstand the toughest challenges. Each pair is still handmade in Partizánske, in the heart of Slovakia, from 100% GOTS certified organic cotton as well as certified natural rubber from sustainable forestry. A descendant of the true Slovak folk shoe, Novesta's Star Master bears the signature TRAMPKY logo (Slovak: the wanderer) that references each sixties.

Kendama

This Beams Japan item is a carefully handcrafted kendama by Yamagata Koubou’s artisans. They have specially revised The JKA Nintei-Kendama which is made to specific standards and approved by Japan Kendama Association as Beams Japan’s exclusive. The ball is painted either in red or gold (Beams Japan’s theme color) and the Beams Japan logo is embossed at the center. Kendama is a traditional Japanese skill toy. The ken has three cups and a spike which fits into the hole in the ball. The kendama is a variant of the classic cup-and-ball game, and the Hispanic world toy known as boliche or balero. The principle of these toys are the same: catching one object with another, where both are joined by a string. However the modern kendama style takes influences from a diverse range of skills including yo-yo, diabolo, and juggling. Yamagata Koubou started producing folk art products since 1973 and began making kendama in 1977. Now they are classified as the top kendama manufacturer in Japan, and their artisans continue to handcraft each product including professional kendamas for competing in championships. Dimensions: 7 x 18.5 x 6 cm. 100% wood; made in Japan.

With the Universe Pants, Edwin offers another great vintage design that lives up to the brand's legacy. Established in Japan in 1947, Edwin founder K.K. Tsunemi had a passion for denim pants, which inspired him to import them directly from the United States as no denim was manufactured in Japan at that time. Used, worn-out and dirty denim which had to be laundered and mended by hand in order to sell on to his customers. In 1961 Mr. Tsunemi crafted the first pair of Edwin denim jeans; utilizing the letters D, E, N, I plus M (reversing the M creating a W), he created the brand name Edwin. By 1963 Edwin had produced the world’s heaviest ring-spun denim jeans (16 oz), featuring the famous three-color rainbow selvedge, which is still being used today. In the 1970s, Edwin were the first company in the world to develop old wash designed to replicate denim which have been worn from its rigid, unwashed state traditionally designed for workwear due to its durability. In the 1980s, Edwin revolutionized the whole denim world by inventing the process of stone washing. Nowadays, Edwin offers some of the most wanted vintage denim pants and uses exclusive fabrics and fabrication, unique technology, hand wash processes, and continual progression in design and fit.

The Edwin Universe Pants Cropped Kingston Black Cotton Denim, 12 oz are equipped with the following features:

• 5-pocket construction
• branded front center button
• zip fly
• 2 front pockets plus coin pocket at wearer's right
• Edwin leather label on the rear of the waistband
• 2 self-fabric patch pockets at the rear
• bar-tack stitching at vital stress points
• tonal stitching

• relaxed fit

The F/CE 420 re/cor Traveller is made from re/cor Cordura®, the first fully recycled Cordura® nylon textile made from 420-denier yarn that is lightweight and environmentally friendly, but also meets the stringent Cordura® standards for strength and durability. It is also stronger and more durable than conventional 6 nylon.

The fine 420-denier yarn is tightly woven to give it an elegant, lustrous appearance that distinguishes it from the 950 series with the same design. The material of the padded back has also been changed and is now made of neoprene, a high-quality model with a general material upgrade.
