Disc Flattener is a long seller product and our signature item. This product flattens warped discs and returns them to
their original condition in just a few hours with automatic heating temperature adjustment function.

How the Disc Flattener Works.
Analog discs are made from polyvinyl chloride, commonly known as vinyl. Because of sensitivity to heat, the storage method you use for your analog vinyl records is important to avoid warps and other damage. Aging can also cause warping of vinyl records, and extra care should always be taken. By gently heating the record evenly and with a uniform pressure the vinyl can be returned to its original flat state without degrading the audio quality. Please note that SP records , heavy weight records, and flexi discs (also known as phonosheet or sooundsheet records) are not supported.

The Structure of Disc Flattener.
The Disc Flattener has semiconductor film applied in the top and bottom heaters of the unit allowing for a uniform heating process combined with an even pressure.

The ORB AUDIO DF-01i A+ is a meaningful further development of the DF-01i and was designed for all vinyl formats: singles, maxis, mini LPs and LPs. The device is able to heat corrugated records by a defined heating in three different temperature programs and to level the record again.

Waved records have a considerable influence on the optimal scanning process of the pickup system and lead to higher ambient noise, increased wear of the scanning needle and the sound carrier as well as poorer sound reproduction. Some records cannot be played back at all.

The ORB DF-01i A+ record iron heats up the vinyl, smoothes the surface and improves the conditions for an optimal scanning process. Pickups and records benefit from durability and quality. The heat treatment of the vinyl relaxes the material, which is very advantageous for the sound reproduction of the record. The differences in sound between wavy and smoothed vinyl are clearly noticeable. The ORB iron improves playback quality and preserves the value of your valuable pickups and vinyl treasures.

The ORB iron consists of a solid metal frame construction with two heating surfaces and an integrated timer at three temperature programs. The temperature programs Low, Medium and High are adjustable. The temperature program High is especially suitable for LP's with 180-200 grams. The Disc Flattener is designed for 7", 10" and 12" disc formats and is not suitable for shellac discs.

The + version comes with an adapter that also allows flat vinyl ironing.

Vinyls with groove guard with raised platemark are supported by both versions by default.

At last, a way to clean and restore your precious vinyl records without the use of expensive mechanical record cleaners, three step washing processes or dangerous petrochemicals. The university Award Winning RECORD REViRGiNiZER is the only product that can clean your vinyl records thoroughly and remove the pops and crackles from your valuable record collection.

"I am now sampling with the cleanest sound possible. Nothing fixes your records like Record Revirginizer!" - RZA, Grammy Award Winning Musician, Producer and Film Director.

Contains 500ml.

RECORD REViRGiNiZER isn't just a record cleaner, it actually restores your vinyl records close to their original condition by using a revolutionary anti-static polymer that works like a facemask on the grooves of your record. It's the closest thing to a miracle for vinyl record cleaning and restoration ever invented!

How it Works and More!

RECORD REViRGiNiZER is a viscous, non-toxic liquid that is poured onto a vinyl record. It is then massaged into the records surface and left to set. After setting it is easily peeled from the records surface, at the same time taking all the microscopic contaminants with it; it's a bit like a facemask...but for vinyl records!

REViRGiNiZER is formulated with just the right elasticity to remove all the embedded material, but at the same time it does not leave any residue, nor does it damage your vinyl in any way. The anti-static properties of the formula ensure that once the film is pealed off your vinyl will be static free. You can clean and restore your records close to their original condition and in some cases (due to residue left behind from the manufacturing mould release compounds) it can actually improve the sound of a brand new record as well.

With a REViRGiNiZER treatment your music will have a superior depth and clarity; this is another reason vinyl is enjoyed by audiophiles worldwide.

With a REViRGiNiZER treatment you can now sit back and enjoy your precious vinyl recordings just like they were new. We guarantee REViRGiNiZER is the best vinyl record treatment you can buy, or your money back!

We promise you that you will be amazed by the results. (Too bad we didn't think of it before the advent of CD's!)

How To Use:

1. Gently shake the bottle of REViRGiNiZER for 30 seconds before use.
2. Lay your vinyl record on a flat even surface, preferably on a clean record sleeve, and then wash hands.
3. Measure 20 ml / 0.65 fl.oz of REViRGiNiZER for a 30cm /12 inch record and pour evenly over one side of the record, avoiding the label. After you have used REViRGiNiZER a few times try reducing the amount to 15ml/ 0.5 fl.oz for a 30cm/12 inch record. Use 10ml / 0.3 fl.oz. for a 7 inch record.
4. Massage the REViRGiNiZER solution into the record’s grooves in a circular motion using one or two clean fingers.
5. Place a paper tab 5mm / 1/4 inch in from the outside edge of the record and over an area where the solution has already been applied. See illustration on bottle for approximate tab size.
6. Leave the REViRGiNiZER solution to dry completely. Drying time will normally take between 4 and 12 hours*. Drying time varies depending on humidity, evaporation and ambient temperature.
*Drying time can be significantly reduced by drying the record under a fan or in an air-conditioned room.
7. AVOID USING REViRGiNiZER ON RAINY OR HUMID DAYS unless records can be dried in an air-conditioned or dehumidified room or under a fan.
8. Once dry, use the paper tab to carefully peel the film from the record. DO NOT leave the film on the record longer than 3 hours hours after it has dried.
9. Remove any film that may still remain on the record by gently rubbing the remaining film with the dried film that has already been peeled off.
10. Repeat steps 1 to 9 on the other side of the record
11. Your record has now been restored with RECORD REViRGiNiZER.
12. If possible replace the old record sleeve with a new sleeve to avoid

History
The history of vibration needle cleaners goes back to the 1970s. There were devices from various companies which, at high frequency, transmitted through a liquid, detached the contamination of the needle. After the release of the CD and falling turntable sales in the 80s and especially in the 90s, these devices disappeared from the market. Unfortunately for many record listeners, this was not reissued due to the high cost. FLUX-HiFi took up this idea with the SONIC and developed the technology anew. The result is fantastic!

The cleaning
The stylus is the primary component in the playback process. The movement by which tension is later induced arises here. The goal is to exactly follow the groove in the micrometer range. In order to achieve this perfectly, the manufacturers of pickups make great efforts. However, if the needle is dirty, the diamond , no matter how polished and ground it is – cannot exactly follow the deflection. It reacts too early or too late, distortions occur. Even supposedly clean records are covered with dust, partly visible, partly invisible in the groove. It contains particles of silicates, polymers and organic matter. These stick to the needle due to the high temperature during the scanning process. How quickly this happens is in Fig. 1. Already after playing a record side, almost nothing is recognizable from the needle in front of dirt. Figure. 2 shows the needle after cleaning with a normal, dry needle brush. Fibers are removed, but the encrustation remains. Only an aggressive liquid cleaner provides a reasonably cleaned surface of the diamond, see fig. 3. However, since these cleaners can attack not only the glue of the diamond, but also, above all, the sensitive rubber parts of the suspension of the needle carrier, caution should be exercised here. Figure. 4 shows the needle after applying the Flux-Sonic. Without attacking parts of the pickup, the result is excellent. The needle shines in a new splendour. (Fig. 1-4 )

The technology
The principle of action is similar to that of an ultrasonic cleaner from dental technology or an ultrasonic bath for spectacle lenses. A strong high-frequency vibration ensures a cleaning of the surfaces. Some substances, such as aluminium, are damaged by ultrasound treatment. Even if the diamond were perfectly cleaned, the glue nubs and the suspension of the needle carrier would be damaged, as would the use of aggressive liquid cleaners.
The FLUX-Sonic vibration cleaner, on the other hand, operates at a low frequency. The circuit and mechanics are designed to have a three-dimensional vibration on the needle, ensuring that any dirt particles are removed. The frequency is precisely tuned in such a way that damage to the adhesive or suspension is excluded – but the cleaning result is maximum. The deflections are far from the values of the actual sampling. The movement of the needle thus corresponds only to a fraction of the load of the play-off process.
A liquid is required to transfer the vibration from the device to the needle. This has an additional, gentle cleaning effect and is produced on an isopropanol basis. After application, it evaporates without residue. Flux fluid is applied on a specially designed pad made of the finest PE fibers. Already these fibers produce a capillary effect, which is very similar to the effect of a liquid, due to their number and the resulting density. In combination with FLUX-Fluid, the result is a perfect combination that transmits the vibration and absorbs the dirt at the same time. The application is recommended before each play.

The result
The cleaning process takes only 15 seconds, then the optimum is already reached. The scanning capability of the pickup system is improved. Less abrasion also increases the lifespan of the needle. Scanning noise is significantly minimized. Soundfully, the difference is outstanding. Both distortions and annoying side noises have largely disappeared. Playback has become much more dynamic and enjoyable. Unpleasant tips are no longer present and even the largest controls are rendered without distortion. The frequency range seems to be extended, especially in the bass and altitude range. As well as cleaning the needle, the cleaning of the record is of course also very important. Make sure that records are as clean as possible. A Flux-Hifi device is already in development.
