New project from two of Slow Motion’s most loyal artists Fantasia 500 channels the spirit of Detroit electro and even dare we say it ghetto house through the disco grinder to make something totally new. With enough chug and swagger to rock any floor this four tracker is 100% party ready.

‘Code of Conduct EP’ the second instalment from Obia Records takes the labels sound through a darker path. Sinful acid spirits are summoned to drive out the past period of solitary confinement in which we all linger. ‘Discharge’ the records main cut is built by a solid acid line and crispy clear drums that highlight the slow tempo. ‘Code of Conduct’ continues on a similar pattern but with adverse drum programming that shapes the feeling of inner conflict. ‘Ethic of Reciprocity’ completes the cycle of healing with a more rhythmic and uplifting vibe and warm pad. All tracks were made with an original Roland Tb-303.

030303 Records taught us a lot about the many faces of acid throughout the 18 years of its existence. The label has specialised in all substyles of the genre, whether that's tracks inspired by early 80s proto acid, Chicago house, braindance or the eerie melancholy of Polygon Window. Good thing is, they haven't stopped getting better at it. Most 030 releases are now out of print and severely sought after and, with so many instant classics featured on it, this fifth compilation will be no exception. Caramel Chameleon kicks off with an epic cut, one that will appeal to fans of Roy of the Ravers. Perseus Traxx, Raving Kid and RAG aka Steven Brunsmann follow suit with acid on a deeper tip, with the latter adding a heavenly soulful touch to it. And how great it is to see American producer Korr? return to the label with a wonderfully spaced out introspective cut. Also standing out is Endfest's heavy electro/acid take on one of the most obscure mysteries ever to come out of Detroit: Shari Vari. Dwaalgast and De Beer Uit Allekmaar aka Cosmic Force deliver the last track before the lights go on - the aptly named A Wave Goodbye has a distinctive, bouncy westcoast-sound-of-Holland feel to it. The fourth collection of cuts from Various Artists of The Black Lodge multiverse. The first sound offering on side A comes The Poetic Painter M, an avatar of Chicago pioneer and visionary Traxx, aka Melvin Oliphant III, head of Nation Records and sub-labels Kode & Dirty Blends. A2 comes from Chilean born sonic explorer Pablo R. Ruiz, who resides in the sacred lands of Detroit and has a number of releases on Portage Garage Sounds. The flip side begins with an acidic banger from Midwest producer/engineer Grey People who has numerous releases on great labels such as Frigio Records, Valcond Video, Public System Recordings, and others. B2 is an experimental mind-bender from Bay City, Michigan artist Fashion Flesh aka John Talaga, a true gear head who makes his own electronic equipment, oscillators, generators, sound toys, and modulators and has released on cult labels such as Unknown Precept and Fit Sound (Est. 83'Records), among others. The EP ends with a beautiful piece defying genres from Fauna53, a collective of electronic artists from Italy, headed by Asymmetrical who runs Raw Culture Records).

Eight years after Cuthead's "Give'n'Take", it's Sneaker's turn to put together four of his favorite tracks for Uncanny Valley's compilation series. The artwork is once again by Planetluke.com aka Luca Lozano. "This record is a vista of my world where music inhabits the air between people. As an exchange of genius, emotions, gestures - even conventions, rituals, and love. Dedicated to L.B. BaD, whose music I inhaled and whose records inspired me on my quest for deepness. You will be missed!" (Sneaker) Besides L.B. BaD's wonderful "Late In The Evening (Music's Seeping Thru)" you'll get three absolute bangers on top. The Optimistic Misanthropes are Mystic Bill, VeXaTioN and Sneaker himself. One of the most influential Chicago House DJs, true to the underground for over three decades now, and once part of the Trax Records roster... Mystic Bill. VeXaTioN already got to know him back in the days but is currently hailing from Mexico City. His track was born in Los Angeles and remixed by Sneaker in Berlin. Also, Left Unknown's "Maedchen" got the jacking Midas touch from Sneaker, a touch you've come to recognize. Behind the one-off project is Saxonian Gnista aka DJ Detox and somebody who wants to remain incognito. Jacob Korn however is well-known since the early days of Uncanny Valley and is above all Sneaker's best buddy at TailOut Studio, Dresden.

RAWAX joined forces with the great dutch SlapFunk label! The result is a fantastic v.a. ep called "Slap Wax 1" with track by Samuel Deep, Locklead, William Caycedo and Julian Alexander!

Grenoble based label Sekhem returns with a brand new VA gathering french talents. This time, Charlou, Saonore, Clementuu and SSD (Sea Side Department) are in charge of this 3rd release filled with oldschool techno, acid and trance accents.

Rompe HECHIZO's first release comes in the form of an 11-track CD compilation from different ATX artists such as Marcos Cabral (L.I.E.S. Records), Bill Converse (Dark Entries), Mures (MRT/Lux Rec), and Quarters Eye (Joshua Cordova & Kyle Dixon - Kyle being a musical composer for the Stranger Things TV series). Techno, EBM, and other forms of 4/4 experimentation take the listener to different corners of the dance-floor.

Athenian label Ferma announces the first Vinyl release coming in the form of a VA compilation. “Rites of Passage” is hitting the dancefloors with a variety of different tools and club styles combining deep grooves, electro sounds, rolling basslines and sinister synths. On the A side, Jack Roland pulls the trigger with “Bizzare” showing once again his unbeatable style of production blending mysterious atmospheres with exceptional grooves. Serge Geyzel adds to the mix a unique deep-head track called “Numb” fusing heavy beats with dark ambient colors and metal percussions. On the flip side, Vilnius based 5zyl keeps the energy high with “Keistas Dalykas” that combines a hard-hitting rolling bassline with his personal touch of EBM. The release closes with “System Karma” from the synth-lover Extase Urbaine minimizing the gap between Amsterdam and Athens scenes with his exclusive body music rhythms with trance-y pads.

French Chicago Techno imprint Ghettomania is back with a bang – including tracks from the mighty Paul Johnson & Traxman

Next up in the line of fire is Wod021, the second in our Machine Funk series. Six tracks of the highest calibre from some of the best producers in the dance music world.

First up is the legend that is Andreas Gehm. Never far from our thoughts and still so sadly missed, we are sure that Andreas would be happy that his music is helping to keep that party well and truly alive. A2 sees WOD favourites Auto Sound City with a stripped back 5 min jack, something you can close your eyes to and get totally lost in. A3 is Iron Blu, a man that needs no introduction and quite frankly has been there and done that and wore a few pairs of shoes out walking around that there block.

B1 brings in Chicago’s Steve Summers. Steve is on fire with his last album on U.S L.I.E.S and a back cat that absolutely busts up any dancefloor you are on when his music is playing. B2 is Dez Williams with a track that started as a jam and part of a mix that he did for the Unity WOD show, an absolute slammer of a track. Last but by no means least it’s Body Hammers own Scott Fraser, Label stable mates back when we were both part of the great AW’s Emissions Audio Output going back some 30 years. Scott delivers something that you’re going to need a bit of staying power with, absolute Monster!

Stunning bit of research by Andrea Dallera (Dualismo Sound) and Gabriele Casiraghi who've been meticulously digging Italian bins. After endless sifting through this crucial time in Italian dance floor music, we are presented with their final distillation of this transitory period between 80's afro cosmic and Italo's peak into early 90's rave and Italo house era. In their words: “The whole concept was born as we started to find records that were into a kind of hybrid zone that was clearly pre-announcing some of the huge musical changes brought by the 90’s. The sound at play can be understood as looking closely to Belgian New Beat, Uk's Acid House and German early Techno but still connected with some dynamics of the ‘80s sounds: lashing snares and catchy melodic phrases joined by filthy acid bass lines, highly compressed kicks and 'World music' samples are just some of the most recurring elements.” Hands down mandatory for any dance floor oriented record collection.

It's coming home, it's coming home - house music is coming home! A second instalment of the Groove Access: series Chicago Is Home offers us five fresh tracks from the windy city landing in a glorious cavalcade of razor edged snares and hypnotic jack house. Ed Nine & Kid Enigma's 'Bandleaders' opens side one in spectacular fashion with spoken mantras lying deep in the mix, distinctive phasing arpeggios, poking keyboard riffs and ringing cymbals. JSquare's 'Get Wicked' kicks with even more power, tribal rhythms bouncing of bleepy melodies, before 'Move' by Geto Mark rounds off the side with the strutting, beautifully brutal 'Move', a proper 3AM peak time pleaser. Steve Noah's 'The Hater' opens side two, a wily acid line worming its way across a raw, stripped down backing before exploding into serious gnarliness when you least expect it. AFTR's 'Undercover' rounds things off with another knuckle duster of a tune, leaving no doubt that Chicago is still the place to be when it comes to house.

Sound Metaphors and Transmigration explore the early underground Goa party scene with a 2x12” compilation.

A collection of Techno, Italian-House, New Beat and Post Punk all heard on the same dancefloors amongst Goa's tropical beaches during the late 80's and early 90's. What is now understood as Goa Trance was once preceded by an amalgamation of many different genres smuggled to Goa in tape format by true music devotees that filtered through all that was being produced in the West shaping a unique dancefloor sound that could only pertain to the “Special Goa Music” genre. Sound Metaphors teams up with Transmigration and journalist, DJ and first hand witness of the scene at hand - Ray Castle – to present a meticulous body of research into the sound signature of that unique scene. 11 highly sought after tracks presented in a double LP gatefold format with an A1 poster insert and insightful liner notes by Ray Castle. Fukuinn's 3rd release on vivid blue color vinyl. A1 is edgy electro sounds from Bristol's "Lost Signal" resident trackmaker Fazack. A2 is a deep and floating track by Relaxant. He's released an EP on Florklang Records and is one of the hottest young artists out there. On B1, Böhm, known for his acid and bleep sounds, surprises with an acid-heavy masterpiece. His successes and releases in recent years have been very inspiring. Lyon's genius, Foreign Sequence, played the best bizarre sound with pleasant melody on the last track.

Apron Records has been instrumental in shaping the current landscape of contemporary electronic music coming out of the U.K. since 2014. After almost a decade of pushing their unique vision has made the Apron Records imprint one of the most in-demand labels in most independent record stores. Now more than 45 releases deep in their journey, Apron Records have teamed up with Patta Soundsystem to work on their first various artists release and to celebrate this monumental milestone, both camps have collaborated to create a clothing capsule to accompany this release. After working with the artist formerly known as Funkineven on ‘The Wave’ late last year, it was only right to showcase the diverse talents behind this movement.

Sharing a drawing board with Patta for the first time with Apron Records, together they have created a Trucker Cap and a Graphic T-Shirt that echo the racing theme of the whole project. Better Together is the slogan that runs throughout the entire collaboration, stressing how unity makes us stronger as individuals. Artwork for the record has been provided by Amsterdam based artist Jim Klok. His unique Acetone printing technique has now been immortalised on this LP, juxtaposing vintage cars with checkered racing flags to create a dynamic cover that would be right at home in a picture frame as well as a record bin.

System Olympia’s ‘Passi Mai’ is a beautiful 80’s inspired driving riddim layered with her own vocals that wouldn’t be out of place in an arcade or a sticky nightclub floor. Followed up by ‘Leven’ by Brassfoot, we get a wobbler from the NTS regular. Layed with Jamaican vocal samples and audacious arpeggiated bleeps, Leven is a soulful approach to techno tropes that have been bouncing around Brassfoot’s head. Shamos’ 737363 is a cryptic masterpiece. With dreamy pads as a backdrop for shuffling drum beats, euphoric sweeps and dynamically designed synthesis, this closes off the themes explored in the first half of the record.

Side B kicks off with J M S Khosah’s contribution to the record titled ‘Lessons’ which is a dancefloor filler, adorned with glamorous percussion, vocal samples and syncopated stabs ontop of a driving 4x4 kick pattern. Kicking things into 6th gear is a club-ready production from London's most soulful selector Shy One. Groovy basslines and a 2-step riddim make ‘Candy Floss’ an ode to the grimey and the glittery sides of London nightlife. This project champions one of the people that have been pivotal in the success of the label, Steven Julien whose track E46 is an emotional journey through his synth-laden East London studio. Bookending the project are two compositions from Compton’s-own AshTreJinkins. Showcasing his abilities to approach the project from both an ambient and a pure beat-making perspective in order to hold the whole project together.

Toby Tobias coming through with the fresh raw s**t for Delusions! Two original tracks here absolutely loaded full of old school analogue machine funk and crazy dub tricknology. It?s Burning builds around a beautiful chiming synth while a filtering acid bass line and 808 snares add a distinct bit of B-Boy to the mix. I Give You love heads for a more rugged house vibe complimenting the intense, loosely timed vocal hits perfectly. On the flip we have London Housing Trust bringing serious heat on their remix, jacking up the tempo but adding some decidedly tripped-out synth tweaks resulting in a show stopping reworking primed for freaking people out on the dancefloor. Finally we have that man Lauer working his magic on It?s Burning, building up the track around some beautifully euphoric synth stabs and bassline. The perfect close to an EP in which it?s very difficult to try and find words to justify. We think Toby Tobias has turned in some of his best ever work here and absolutely love this whole record so really hope you share the same admiration for the release as we do!

Dripping Acid is a series of separate 12"s exploring themes of melodic liquid acid. Part 2 of 6 limited releases by the Tin Man!! -- For Tin Man, acid endures. Like the lapping of a sizzling ocean on the shores of a distant planet, the peaks and troughs of expansive 303 basslines have been a constant in the music of the producer born Johannes Auvinen. He dedicated his mid-2000s early period to the sound, and even as his productions have expanded in scope and style - from the vocaltinged techno of Cool Wave, Wasteland and Perfume, to the intricate, classical-leaning compositions of Vienna Blue - he has returned often to Roland's indelible bass synthesizer. His plaintive, searing melodies have anchored Absurd Recordings' venerable Acid Test series since its first release, and they've punched through the mix in the club music of recent collaborations with Gunnar Haslam (Romans), with Cassegrain, and also with John Tejada. So it wouldn't be accurate to call Tin Man's latest project, Dripping Acid, a rededication. Yet his most ambitious project to date - six 12"s comprised only of new acid compositions - embraces the style as wholeheartedly as he ever has. While the brittle machine-music of '80s Chicago is the blueprint of any acid track, Dripping Acid refrains from revivalism, instead looking forward and inward as it harnesses the 303's psychedelic potential through sumptuous production and adventurous composition. Though it's focused on a single style, Dripping Acid is tremendously diverse, expanding upon the evocative physicality of its track titles ("Evaporated Acid," "Drenched Acid," "Oozing Acid") to rend dancefloors of all shapes and sizes. Tin Man's acid can be exuberant and coy, bleak and technicolor, maximalist and impressionistic, even completely unrecognizable as acid - but as Auvinen stretches the sound to the point of snapping, he shows there's still bend in a decades-old template, and plenty more alien waves to ride.

Kenji Endo and Kohnosuke Sakazaki (the Alfee) studio recordings from 2004 have been unearthed! Cover illustration by Hisashi Eguchi! This is a finished take from a tape of two songs from Kenji Endo's hit album "Manzoku Dekirukana" (1971), rehearsed by the two of them. Kenji Endo has released a large amount of unreleased material, but we had no idea that such beautiful material was still lying dormant! He expresses himself with his whole body and soul anytime and anywhere. And you will be moved to tears by Sakazaki's loving guitar and chorus.

As we approach the threshold leading us back to the Black Lodge on our transformative 8th journey, we are escorted through and beyond the mystical portal by the vigorous and fierce forces of Sneaker. Portrait in House is a collection of 3 resonant works, which are unified into a singular vision within its uncanny language that is rooted deeply in the foundations of Jak, New Beat, EBM, and Wave. Existing inside the liminal spaces of where light meets dark, we are presented with a documentation of dissonance and harmony. We begin our voyage with Jihad, a sluggish and slogging piece that unforgivingly drags us through the grime and the dirt in a ritualistic fashion that would have the ghost of Georges Bataille dancing in circles. Voices call out and howl into the dark as the drum patterns of the 707 rhythmically grasps onto its anarchic components. In the dark, we can see the light beyond the known universe. In the words of Sneaker "The name is not our message, but a document of an evident, traditional concept in (y)our world." As we find ourselves sprawled out on the ground following the 1st sonic stanza, a menacing voice bellows and warns that this is a Sax Track. Referencing Chicago icon Lil Louis, this work juxtaposes classical elements of house music together with the bare knuckled spirit of Jak. A magical spell led by disharmonious Portasound FM keys in conversation with a teetering sub bass, where at its core, this plus this, equals something that is uniquely familiar and unfamiliar at the same time. A number fit for any uncanny ritual that will fall under the night sky. Bringing our cosmic procession to a close we pick up the pace with a commanding number titled, Dance On, a no holds barred work that will possess your soul in the name of Jak. Flangers wail unforgivingly alongside a pulsating 101, as samples of the human voice are chopped up and arranged into a conversation that hypnotically calls for our bodies to be transformed into soft machines, while powered by ceremonious motions that are generated from the liberating process of ritual movement. The Parisian Security Dj, honorary member of the Knick Knack Yoda squad, returns, after the success of "Fucking DJ", in collaboration with Sophia De Jong released on our t last VA, this time with two whole sides dedicated to his weirdness.
Resident of Rinse France, in his sound, converge endless cues from his musical research, expressed through his already proven skills as a producer in his infamous Aubervilliers Studios. Roughness and overwhelming grooves are his characteristic traits.
Within the EP a collaboration with his snack dude Rawmance, Parisian by birth, Italian by adoption, with whom he shares also the Drew C. Mance project.
Asymmetrical , boss of the label, did the role of Celine Dion in “Ramp Age” with his magic voice.
Finally, to complete the work, we have the pleasure to have in our infamous stables tha guy Cardopusher, who cooks his version of "domestic xs" with his unmistakable groove and sound that makes even the stones move from the ground.
The release as always will be available in a limited series of 300 hand stamped vinyl.

AIRA are not rehashing of the legendary original TR or TB, But respecting those great machines from the past, AIRA continues to evolve toward into the future simultaneously, newly developed, new generations tools to keep the music alive and to bring more possibilities for the future.We seeks out this exciting movement of dance music history, as the music lover who has actual experience the flow of this evolution, and connections between musicians and machines to make their musical pieces on this project to inspire listeners and to challenge the genres they represent by each series.

This is the final dose of Pervocet. Pervocet is the brand name of the psychedelic music project from Patrick Russell and Jasen Loveland and is used to induce moderate to severe psychosis. The short-term effects of Pervocet last approximately 5-7 minutes and include Neighbor, Rawlo, L0v3 S1r3n, Phazy Susan and -- in some people -- a pleasant euphoria.
