For cleaning the stylus, use fiber brush a few times along the cantilever in the direction of the stylus, whenever you play a new record or change sides.

The tightly woven velvet on the brush surface is ideal for cleaning the sound grooves of the record and also enhances the cleaning effect. Fine dust adhering to the record is removed. In addition to the CL-120 velvet brush, a special brush is supplied to keep the cleaning surface of the brush clean.

Your record player needle also needs cleaning and care. Due to the air pollution caused by both external influences (traffic) and domestic factors (kitchen, smoking), a sticky film can form on your records over time. During playback, the stylus scrapes this deposit out of the record groove, which in turn creates a sticky film around the tip of the stylus, which in turn traps other dirt and dust on your record.

These deposits not only affect sound quality, but can even damage your favorite records. Nagaoka AM-801's special formula efficiently dissolves and removes any sticky substances trapped on the needle.

Winyl One-Touch contains an innovative solid polyurethane (PU) polymer, specially designed to provide exceptional cleaning for record player stylus needles to ensure top quality sound.

The polymer is soft and highly elastic, with strong adhesive properties to remove dust and microscopic dirt, reducing surface noise and distortion on the playback. In addition, its cleaning system allows to clean the corner-gap between cantilever and stylus.

If the surface of the polymer becomes heavy soiled after repeated uses, simply rinse it with tap water and rub gently the surface with a finger to loosen dirt. Drain and let dry. Sweep it E goes the other way. You can enjoy listening to your records while they are being cleaned. Record brooms have been around since the early 1970s. Some of them do a good job, some rather not. In many cases the brush rushes towards the middle of the platter, running out of sync with the tonearm. This phenomenon is known as skating. Recent developments aim to tackle this problem. Here the highly efficient neodymium magnet comes into play. These magnets are used to stabilize the record broom of the Sweep it S2. Sweep it S2 is constructed in collaboration with Klaus Mick and uses his patented technology to stabilize the record broom. Extensive theoretical and empirical research has been put into the development of this product.
The magnetic attraction between the neodymium magnet – based in the top part of the cylinder – and the [Fe] core/counterweight stabilizes the record brush. Moreover, the distance between the neodymium magnet and the [Fe] core/counterweight is carefully chosen to ensure a specific magnetic stabilization force. As the aluminium of the brusharm is paramagnetic, it acts like an additional space between the neodymium magnet and the [Fe] core/counterweight.
Sweep it S2 is height adjustable within a range of about 1cm. The position can be locked with the set screw on the base. With this mechanism, it is possible to adjust the height of the arm of the record broom in order to align it horizontally with the platter. A correct horizontal alignment ensures the correct tracking force of about 6g.
Flexible placement

The record broom can be placed in one of two left hand side corners of the turntable. The placement is depending on the type and shape of your turntable. At the optimal position the brush should align with the spindle (i.e. the center of the platter). Deviations (relative to the spindle) between 1,5 to 2 cm are well compensated by design of the Sweep it S2. Higher deviations can cause more drastic skating effects.

The combination of ultrasonic cleaning and our proven goat hair brush system ensures gentle, groove-deep cleaning of your records and an audible improvement in the sound image.

During operation, the cleaning fluid is permanently clarified by a filter system and dirt particles are filtered out to minimise impurities in the fluid and thus achieve the best possible cleaning result.

Disco-Antistat Ultrasonic
Cleanliness you can hear! A powerful ultrasonic transducer (46kHz.) generates with so-called cavitation bubbles that act directly on the dirt and remove it gently and effectively.

How the Disc Flattener Works.
Analog discs are made from polyvinyl chloride, commonly known as vinyl. Because of sensitivity to heat, the storage method you use for your analog vinyl records is important to avoid warps and other damage. Aging can also cause warping of vinyl records, and extra care should always be taken. By gently heating the record evenly and with a uniform pressure the vinyl can be returned to its original flat state without degrading the audio quality. Please note that SP records , heavy weight records, and flexi discs (also known as phonosheet or sooundsheet records) are not supported.
