After the uncompromising opening salvo of 2010’s Racey Roller, Giuda followed things up with the aptly titled 2013 sophomore release, Let’s Do It Again. And "do it again" they did indeed. Solidifying the band's lineup with the additions of new drummer Daniele Tarea and lead guitarist Michele “Mikey Steakknife” Malagnini, Let’s Do It Again finds the Giuda in top form, delivering on the promise of Racey Roller and then some. The stomps are harder, the chants are louder, and the grooves are heavier than ever. Every song on this album is catchy enough to be a legendary single in its own right. This is the very definition of "all killer, no filler." Thanks to increased touring, and an excellent promotional campaign by Damaged Goods for the UK release, Let’s Do It Again elevated Giuda's international profile as subculture heroes. Much like Racey Roller before it, Let's Do It Again has seen release internationally on many labels like Fungo Records (Italy), Damaged Goods (uk), TKO, Burning Heart Records (Sweden), and Overdrive Records (Italy). This is the first domestic release of Let’s Do It Again since TKO initially released it in 2014, and we’re eager to get it into the hands of anyone who missed it the first time around. If that’s you, don’t make the same mistake twice. Giuda is unequaled at what they do; namely cranking out stomping, modern Glitter Punk anthems that are every bit as essential as the classic '70s material that inspired them.

Limitiert auf 500 Stück! Über die neue Heimatglück Platte kann man sich gleich dreifach freuen. Endlich eine neue Veröffentlichung und zwar mal wieder ein Longplayer und das auch noch auf Vinyl und auch nur auf Vinyl. Das wird den Heimatglück-Freund besonders freuen. Zusätzlich liegt noch ein Kupon zum kostenlosen Download bei. Musikalisch wieder mal unverkennbar Heimatglück dürfte das Album nicht enttäuschen. Letztes Jahr gab es schon einen kleinen Vorgeschmack auf diese LP in Form einer super-limitierten Split-7" mit der Hamburger Band Herrenmagazin. Mit dem dort vorab zu hörenden Stück ,Leben deklinieren" sind auf der neuen LP zwölf neue Stücke enthalten, die in den letzten drei Jahren entstanden sind. Weiter angereichert wird ,Spass allein genügt nicht mehr" mit zwei neu eingespielten Versionen von zwei Stücken (,Eventuell Morgen" und ,Sahnemund"), die schon von Compilations bekannt sein dürften und zuletzt gibt es anlässlich des 15-jährigen Bestehens mit ,Carlo" noch eine Neuaufnahme von der ersten Split-7" mit Pankzerkroiza Polpotkin. Aufgenommen und produziert in Zusammenarbeit mit Ronnie Henseler/Alien Network (Kommando Sonne-Nmilch u.a.) in Hamburg, mit welchem schon das ,Können gebratene Tauben fliegen?"-Album und die Klartext-7" aufgenommen wurde. Das Cover ist von Pencil Quincy (bekannt ua für die Cover von Digger Barnes) exklusiv gestaltet worden und überhaupt ist die Platte, wie man es von Heimatglück gewohnt ist, besonders hübsch. Dazu gibt es ein Inlay mit allen Texten und Fotos.

After departures into acoustic and electronic music, Holly Beth Vincent makes a true return to form and punk rock roots with “Hey Boy” and “Smash”. What separated Holly from most of her female contemporaries was that she was tuff stuff... sang tuff and played her guitar tuff, really putting the power into the pop. Her performance on this single is no exception. Snottier than thou vocals accompany her chainsaw guitar sound, while that catchy choruses remain completely intact...the makings for the perfect punk single! Both songs clock in at about 2 1/2 minutes and would make a great addition to her early singles collection. Holly Beth Vincent is a life long musician, major label recording artist, hitmaker, and punk rock icon. Here collaborating with producer Travis Ramin she proves she can kick out the jams at a moments notice.!!

Slushat' comrades! White Glove Test is Iron LUNG's third studio album and follow-up to 2007's wildly successful Sexless//No Sex. What started out being the ‘slow industrial’ concept album and pointedly left-field endeavor turned into a frantically paranoid and claustrophobic power-violence masterpiece complete with water tight stop/start compositions leading the way to crushing sludge bits intermingled with blistering hardcore pummel. It's what adults of the Cold War era would refer to as ‘your typical kill-your-mother-kill-your-father type stuff’.

THE KARL HENDRICKS TRIO is a Pittsburgh rock institution. Having released nine full-lengths and six singles of uncompromising, emotionally charged, very loud rock over the course of twenty years, it's probably safe to call them an American rock institution as well. A former bedroom 4-track confessionalist, Karl Hendricks formed the Trio late in 1991. The band has undergone numerous line-up changes since, having had four different drummers, four different bass players, and during the two separate spans when the band augmented to a four-piece dubbed appropriately enough, the Karl Hendricks Rock Band, two different rhythm guitarists. The one constant has been, of course, Karl himself. The Trio debuted on record with 1992's Buick Electra, released on Karl's own Peas Kor label. From the mid '90s to the early 2000s the trio released several albums on Merge Records, and in 2007, Hendricks self-released the one and only Karl Hendricks Rock Band album, The World Says, on his Surplus Anxiety imprint. Comedy Minus One's release of The Adult Section in 2012 officially marks the end of the Karl Hendricks Rock Band Mark II and the return of the stripped-down Trio line-up. Karl's sound and his approach to songwriting have only gotten more nuanced and thoughtful with age. Musically, the Trio remains rooted in a muscular yet melodic sound built on a massive wall of guitars, and a bass and drum assault that powers things forward as much as it anchors them down. It's a straightforward aesthetic but it has allowed Karl's guitar playing to develop into a more sprawling and heroic version of the spirited six-string blasts of his youth.
