SIde's C and D contain WMB studio outtakes that originally saw release on the posthumous Religion & Politics 10”, plus live tracks from the 1992 “No On 9” festival. This legendary all-day event benefiting Gay Rights, at the Portland Meadows horse race track, saw Poison Idea sharing the stage with Nirvana and Helmet among others. It's the year 2000 and the term "cuddly rock" needs to be reassessed. After the mega-success of the predecessor "13", a new album is on the way. So to warm up, they first recorded an ultra-German punk EP, "5, 6, 7, 8 - Bullenstaat". The genesis of the new album title can be described, but not explained. And: plush.

Under the fluffy cover, "Runter mit den Spendierhosen, Unsichtbarer!" turns out to be a cornucopia of hits, almost all of which still occupy a firm place in the not exactly slender-breasted canon of classics of the best band in the world almost a quarter of a century later and are way ahead of the zeitgeist. There are all kinds of sexual intercourse, including more or less common problems that unfortunately complicate the fun between men, women and everything in between.

"You're even more annoying than Yoko Ono" has not only long since become everyday language, but even landed in the Guinness Book of Records for the short but painful video. "Sometimes Women Have" almost grows into a medium scandal because of the tangible topic, then becomes a radio hit - thanks to the even more tangible video - and ultimately shows an option for feminist self-empowerment. "Rock Rendezvous" is exceedingly F-word intensive and unrestrainedly funny. But BelaFarinRod are also in an extremely good mood in other respects, rhyme their heads off extensively even by their standards and are also totally rock.

In 2006, THE Draft was formed by Hot Water Music members Jason Black, George Rebelo, and Chris Wollard shortly after singer/guitarist Chuck Ragan's departure. The three remaining members of the band wanted to continue making music together but chose not to continue under the Hot Water Music name, opting for a fresh start instead. The initial writing and demo sessions included the legendary punk rock guitarist Brian Baker (known for Minor Threat, Dag Nasty, Bad Religion). However, due to conflicting schedules, Baker couldn't commit as a full-time member, leading fellow Florida resident and former Discount member Todd Rockhill to join the band. After releasing their debut album "In a Million Pieces" (produced by the esteemed Brian McTernan) on Epitaph Records in 2006, the band embarked on extensive tours with acts like Samiam, The Gaslight Anthem, and Paint It Black. They also released several singles on the renowned No Idea Label before disbanding in 2008. With both "In a Million Pieces" and all 7" records being out of print for years, THE Draft has now teamed up with End Hits Records and Equal Vision Records to release a deluxe vinyl version on double vinyl. For the first time, you can find every track ever recorded by THE Draft: Included are the twelve album tracks, six songs featured on three 7" records, two unreleased demo versions, as well as four songs recorded during a radio session in the UK that have never been released before. Not only were all songs remastered specifically for vinyl by Brian McTernan, and detailed liner notes have been added to tell the band's history from beginning to end, but the packaging has also been completely overhauled. A special feature for collectors: the European and American versions come in different gatefold covers, which together form a complete work of art.

In 2001 Lost Sounds released their sophomore double album, following up Memphis is Dead with a maturing sound that encapsulates the bands efforts to create a record that touched on many genres including Black Metal & New Wave (hence the album title). JAY Reatard, Alicja Trout, Rich Crook, and Jonas Garland created what is commonly known as one of the most important synthpunk records in the 2000s. After many years of Black Wave being out of print, and the always fantastic Empty Records called it quits, we began discussions to reissue this release. Remastered by Dave ECK at Lucky Lacquers. Back in the year 2000, Julien Temple directed this account of Punk pioneers the Sex Pistols short but hugely influential initial career. The soundtrack – a mix of their classic tracks, rarities and a sprinkling of diverse artists from the Bay City Rollers and Sailor to Tappa Zukie and The Who – was only ever available on CD, making this its vinyl debut. Uncluttered by the other artists tracks, the OST spread across 2 slices of red and white vinyl includes sing along family favourites Liar, Anarchy In The UK and No Fun alongside lesser known but no less essential cuts Don’t Give Me No Lip, Road Runner and What’cha Gonna Do About It. The latter cover of The Small Faces classic comes complete with amended lyrics reflecting the spirit of the times. Ltd edition and numbered to 3k units.

After recently re-releasing the third album "Check Your People" on vinyl on End Hits Records, Downset's fourth album "Universal" originally from 2004 now follows, which will be available on limited colored vinyl for the first time ever on End Hits Records.

Legendary Tacoma, Washington mathcore/hardcore/metal band Botch's second and final full-length album We Are the Romans was originally released in 1999, eventually becoming one of the most ground-breaking records during a pivotal shift in heavy music. Now, the band's seminal album is set to be re-issued and will include Botch's first new song in over 20 years, "One Twenty Two". There was never any intention for the band to release anything else, but when guitarist David Knudson went to write his debut solo LP, it made sense. He explains: "During Covid, I was writing my debut solo LP, and mentally, I was sick of everything in quarantine. Lots of frustration had set in at home, and I figured the best way to deal with it was to write something heavy. I had no intention of writing anything for Botch, but when I was thinking of a singer to collaborate with, I thought, "Hey, I know the best hardcore singer ever to do it," so I hit up Dave V. He was super excited and so it just kind of snowballed from there. There was never any intent or conversation about getting back together or writing. It just happened so naturally and was a great release for all of us to make it happen without any of the traditional pressure an "active" band faces." Bassist Brian Cook, guitarist David Knudson, drummer Tim Latona, and vocalist Dave Verellen formed Botch in 1993, eventually becoming one of the most significant bands of their time. Their final show was June 15, 2002, the same day as the release of their final EP, An Anthology of Dead Ends. The members would go on to play in These Arms Are Snakes, Minus the Bear, and Russian Circles, among others, with acclaim for the band coming mostly post-breakup. We Are the Romans went on to become one of the most influential albums ever for the genre garnering posthumous acclaim across the board.

Hearts Once Nourished With Hope And Compassion displays some of the most honest and darkest thoughts of Shai Hulud’s career. From the opening guitar chord of “Solely Concentrating On The Negative Aspects Of Life,” it only gets uglier and more real with each track. Mastering was done by Zeuss (Hatebreed, Throwdown, Shadows Fall) and Alan Douches (The Dillinger Escape Plan, Misfits, Between The Buried And Me). Following similar lyrical content as A Profound Hatred Of Man, Shai Hulud gives an outlet to those who are disgusted with everyday life; they are reassured that they are not the only ones who share this feeling.

Detroit’s Ska-core kings, THE Suicide Machines’ landmark 2nd album back on vinyl for the first time in a decade!

Earth Crisis’ chugging riffs and barked declarations served as the mouthpiece of America’s vegan, straight-edge movement throughout the ’90s, detailing the ideas of animal and human liberation, drug-free living, and personal empowerment through hardcore music. Their third studio album was originally released in 1998, now Earth Crisis’ Breed The Killers has been remastered and includes updated artwork with embossed, foil-stamped jackets for this 25th Anniversary Edition. The album has been out of print on any format since 2008 and unavailable on vinyl since 1998.

Fucked Up"s now classic 2008 album The Chemistry Of Common Life synthesizes numerous diverse impulses into an expansive epic about the mysteries of birth, death, and the origins of life (and re-living). Merging elements of hardcore songwriting with up to 70 tracks of guitars, organs, winds and vocals, (including 18 guitars on the first single, the fatalistic "No Epiphany"), the music remains iconoclastic and startling, with Pink Eyes" vocals front and center. Redemption 87 formed out of the bay area hardcore punk scene in the mid-’90s. Hot on the heels of their recent 'merican EP comes the long awaited new full-length album from pop punk pioneers the Descendents — Milo, Bill, Stephen, and Karl—and the band's first new album in over seven years. Fourteen tracks of classic Descendents punk rock, ripped with meaty hooks, great lyrics, and the best production the band has ever had—naturally they recorded it themselves at their own Blasting Room Studios.

Songs To Scream At The Sun was recorded with Kurt Ballou of Converge at GodCity Studio. Combining Ballou’s signature grit and style of recording with Have HEART’s style of music results in a dichotomy of clean, sharp drums, and a variety of guitar tones and sounds when combined, does not hint at one particular or obvious influence. Musically, there are moments which are mid-tempo and melodic, there are moments that are classic hardcore anthems, and it’s balanced with times which are dark and atmospheric. It’s an impressive accomplishment. As frontman Pat Flynn said, Songs To Scream At The Sun is the coming of age story. It’s about the growing process of a young kid shaking the chains of selfishness, but it’s everything about what you lose and gain in that process of growing up. The songs have an honest, yet poetic reflection that digs deep into the private lives that are shared by everyone-the deconstruction and dismantling of one’s life and the eventual rebuilding and rebirth. This is at times dark and depressing, but Flynn’s lyrics never lose hope in what allows people to get strength in these situations. And what’s so strong about the performance and lyrics, aside from the cliché of hardcore singers “meaning what they say,” is that the perception of the lyrics (are they dark, depressing, positive, or hopeful?) is up to the listener to decide.

A top five label-defining album for Bridge Nine, The Things We Carry is a favorite of collectors and is currently in its 14th pressing. It’s hard to believe this classic hardcore record is nearly 20 years old, having come out in August of 2006. In celebration of the band’s reunion shows over the summer of 2024, Bridge Nine has repressed this record featuring some exclusive variants.
