Akiyuki Nosaka was a Japanese novelist, singer, lyricist, and politician mainly active in 1970s~80s. He is also famous as the author of the semi-autobiographical story "Grave of the Fireflies", based on his experience under WW2 and which is well known with Studio Ghibli animation.

The debut album called "Utsu To Sou" is consistent with 4 live recordings and 7 studio recordings which are full of his cynical and humorous lyrics. One of his classic song "Virgin Blues" was covered by Jun Togawa and included in the album "Showa Kyonen" (1989 / reissued by P-vine in 2022)

The second release from the My Favorite Soul label is a 7-inch featuring singer Keyco. This ambitious project features Keyco's empowering vocals, recorded with a live band assembled once again by producer Chick-d.

Side A, titled ‘Watashi Jishin,’ is a cover of the track from Ayumi Ishida & Tin Pan Alley Family’s classic 1977 album *Our Connection*. The cover retains the original’s spoken word sections while infusing a touch of Latin funk into the sophisticated city pop vibes, giving the song a warmer feel. (It's also worth noting that a recent cover of "Bye Bye Jet" from the same album by Muro featuring Keyco remains fresh in memory.)

Side B, ‘I Am,’ is a cover of the hidden gem by neo-soul duo Kindred the Family Soul from their 2003 album “Surrender to Love”. This track features a soft and warm band arrangement, with standout contributions from Swing-o (of 45trio) on keys and Tsuyoshi Kosuga’s mellow guitar. However, the real highlight is the heartfelt harmonies shared by long-time collaborators Keyco and Mika Arisaka, whose gentle and beautiful vocals make this recording truly captivating.

A supergroup of sorts - Fat White Family"s Lias Saoudi, Trashmouth Records"Luke and Liam May, and Quinn Whalley of Paranoid London and Warmduscher-Decius have travelled the earth liberating people from banality since the release of Decius Vol. I.Now they offer up DeciusVol. II (Splendour & Obedience). It throbs with an almost impossible sense of potential, and expands on the lexicon of molten desire. The sound has moved into new territories, with tastes of house, disco and techno, all with an underlying base note of acid on tracks such as the slippery night cruise intensity of "Birth of A Smirk", where Colonel Abrams gets his nipples tortured.

Donning a decadent sound described by Resident Advisor as “dark disco meets Ebm”, Dina Summer is a collaborative project formed of electro-punk band Frittenbude member Kalipo and dark-disco dj & producer duo Local Suicide. Their previous work includes the critically acclaimed 2022 album ‘Rimini’, which offers a nostalgic dive into retro disco vibes, along with the 2021 EP 'Who Am I’ and 2024 EP ‘Hide & Seek’. They also contributed to Curses’ 'Next Wave Acid Punx’ compilation, participated in Purple Mag x radiooooo’s ‘2070’ project, and performed at Reeperbahn Festival's prestigious ‘Collide Session’.

LBD Issues continue with their quest of reissuing music from Eastern European region previously unavailable on Western markets. The third release is a compilation that showcases the collaboration work of duo Eva Hurychová and Jan Neckář. The two met in 1982 and Eva started performing with Jan's band Bacily. Jan was already established and hugely successful musician and producer, mainly for his brother Václav, who was a real pop superstar in former Czechoslovakia and still remains very popular to this day. Eva was a composer and lyrics writer for other successful artists too. However, the duo soon started recording stuff on their own, experimenting with electronic productions and the sound not at all common for its day in Czechoslovakia. This compilation cherry-picks the tracks from various different singles released between 1984 and 1986.

One of the most difficult-to-obtain titles for ani-song/game music records!! Event-only, ultra-rare analog record “Tori No Uta”, a masterpiece so honored that it is even called the “National Anthem”, is finally being reissued! This legendary work, released in 2006 in a limited edition of 500 copies for event sales only, is finally being reissued! The jacket is a faithful reproduction of the original jacket drawn by Itaru Hinoue, which can only be seen on this title. The original version was a picture vinyl without obi, but the reissue version is a black vinyl 180g heavy-weight vinyl with obi! B-side includes remixes!

Sekai NO Owari is set to release their first-ever vinyl record with their 7th original album, 'Nautilus'. The vinyl jacket is a brand-new illustration by the up-and-coming artist Yoshiki Muramatsu, who also worked on the CD artwork. This collector's item boasts luxurious specifications, including a 33 RPM 2-disc set with 180g heavyweight vinyl, a tri-fold jacket, and a 24-page booklet, making it a must-have for fans.

The album released in 1976 is the only work left behind as a singer by Taeko Tomioka, who is also known as a poet. The iconic album jacket photographed by renowned Japanese photographer Nobuyoshi Araki is undoubtedly one of the factors that make this album special. It is too avant-garde and fantastical to be simply called psychedelic, a masterpiece of madness that distorts the listener's sense of balance. The music production was handled by Ryuichi Sakamoto, who was still a student at the time, making it a valuable piece as one of his earliest recordings.

Former yonawo member Shota Aratani, Motomu Kawabe (from Mitsume), and Goemon Tsujimura (from Kicell) contributed songwriting and composition to yomm's debut EP, now being released on vinyl!

The debut EP by "yomm," the solo project of Korean model and singer-songwriter Choi Jung Yoon, is steadily gaining recognition in Japan. The EP includes songs written and composed by former yonawo member Shota Aratani, Mitsume's Motomu Kawabe, and YeYe. In addition to these tracks, it features "Hon de Yonda Dake" (written, composed, and arranged by Goemon Tsujimura from Kicell) and "Scramble - Tokyo," a song written and composed by Choi Jung Yoon herself. The EP, which contains a total of 6 tracks, is set to be released on vinyl!

"Yoichi Takizawa's second album ""boy"" which follows his first album ""Leonids no Kanatani"", is miraculously released after more than 40 years!

This work was scheduled to be released on July 25, 1982, following his first single ""Sunday Park"". For unknown reasons, this is a phantom second album that was canceled just before its release.

*Also includes the original version of ""Kagirinaki Natsu"" from Hideki Saijo's 17th album ""gentle・a Man"" released on March 5, 1984.

The mixdown was once complete, but the original master of the 2-mix is currently missing, so the mixdown was done again for this album (except for Side B, 1st and 2nd tracks released as singles). The mix work this time was done based on the remaining karaoke masters of all the songs, and the album was revived as a supreme album that expresses a modern sound while staying as close to the original mix as possible.

The first album "" Leonids no Kanatani"" released by Alfa and traded at high prices long before the City Pop boom, has been reissued on vinyl. This second album is also finally being released in its entirety on vinyl for the first time in the world!"
