George A. Romero’s DAWN OF THE DEAD Original Theatrical Soundtrack. This expansive three LP set features the complete De Wolfe library cues from Romero’s 1978 cut of the zombie classic for the first time on vinyl. This special release of the iconic Dawn Of The Dead soundtrack features the U.S. theatrical soundtrack, including “Cause I’m A Man” by the British band Pretty Things, as well as fan favorite “The Gonk” by composer Herbert Chappell.

George A. Romero’s Dawn Of The Dead is considered to be one of the greatest and most compelling zombie films ever made by blending horror, gore, and social commentary on material society. Roger Ebert gave the film four out of four stars and called it “one of the best horror films ever made.” The film was selected as one of The 500 Greatest Movies of All Time by Empire Magazine in 2008. It was also named as one of The Best 1000 Movies Ever Made, a list published by The New York Times.

Originally released on limited 4 x cassette, this proper 2LP version presented on vinyl for the first time has been mixed and remastered in proper form while still holding dear the decay of the original cassettes. Like the difference of opening a dusty cabinet in the kitchen of your grandparents to find a shelf full of expired foods. Now, this version is like opening the door to the cellar and being overwhelmed with thick dusty air, the planes of lights pouring through the cracks and draping you like temple veils at night.

Morbid esoteric ancient ambient brought to life on the ancient CD format, a relic from times now past and times of erotic glory.

Assembled and executed by JM Mroz for Lussuria in 10 days of October with modifications made 6 months later at Merchant House, Southampton, Long Island - New York.

Sources on this recording consisted of: chant bowls, crystals, clocks, disintegrated tapes, dry ice, fire, found recordings, kangling, guitars, piano, skull damaru, time lapse field recordings, voice, water. Synth presets were not used on this recording.

The long-awaited LP version of his self-produced first cassette soundtrack, which was sold on Bandcamp and at some shops and live venues, and is now also available in data format. A2 'Fujiwara no Michinaga ga Tanka wo Mochi ga Tancha o Mochi ni Tenichi de Ramen wo Utsukatta Uta' (A song about eating ramen at Tenichi on the 1000th full moon night after Fujiwara no Michinaga wrote Tanka), B3 'Freezing', human powered breakbeats and guitar sounds with muffled sound quality and funny melodies, all of which are a part of the album. A6 'Heisei Song', with its muffled sounding human-powered break beats and guitar sounds, and the funereal melody of 'Heisei Song'. "Memento Mori" represents Depeche Mode's 15th studio album overall, while Gahan and Gore present the first long player with a two-piece lineup following the tragic death of band co-founder Andrew "Fletch" Fletcher in 2022. Produced by James Ford, with assistance from Marta Salogni, "Memento Mori" matured during the early stages of the worldwide Covid pandemic; a period that also had a thematic influence on the songs. The 12 album tracks bridge a variety of moods and musical textures - starting with the ominous opener and ending with the denouement at the end, the emotional spectrum spans from paranoia and obsession to psychic liberation and joy, as well as countless emotional interjections.

The single "Ghosts Again" precedes the album release of "Memento Mori" with an impressive harbinger. The song already represents nothing less than a flawless Depeche Mode classic: Dave Gahan's imagery-rich lyrics like "wasted feelings, broken meanings... a place to hide the tears we cry" combine over an uplifting, optimistic groove with a hypnotic guitar figure from Martin Gore.

"For me, `Ghosts Again` captures the perfect balance between melancholy and joy," Gahan says. "It`s not too often that we record a song that I can not only listen to over and over again - I`m also super excited to share it with the world," adds Gore.

The venerable Dark Entries celebrates it’s 300th release with Panoramic Coloursound, a triple LP from the Creative Technology Consortium. Traxx, Andrew Bisenius, and Jason Letkiewicz forged the CtC during the depths of pandemic isolation. Drawing from film and television music of the 80’s/90’s and armed with a mighty array of vintage analog and digital synthesizers, they set out to explore heists, vices, and catastrophe. Panoramic Coloursound collapses sound and image into a neon blur throughout its 25 tracks. While retro scores were the starting point for the CtC, the project does more than pay dutiful homage — these notes are warped and skewed, devolving into decaying digital soundscapes. EBM-inflected basslines pop up on tracks like “Catastrophe” and “A Retro Vice”, menacing numbers that recall Traxx and Letkiewicz’s legendary work as Mutant Beat Dance (a project also featuring Beau Wanzer). “Follow Our Kode” pairs heroic synths with funky bass, striking cosmic chords akin to the material that Traxx and Bisenius have released as An Anomaly. Krautrock-esque guitars slide along anthemic pads on “Beautifully Polluted Sunset”, which comes across like an alien Miami Vice closing theme. The CtC channel corroded VHS vibes while making music for the future. Panoramic Coloursound was mastered by Frédéric Alstadt. The sleeve was designed by Eloise Leigh, and features a photograph by Jason Letkiewicz. Also included is a postcard featuring liner notes, a gear list, and a photograph by Maria Tzeka.
