Mess a.k.a. MessIAH THE FLY is a Japanese hip hop MC who is from the bay coast area in Tokyo and debuted as a member of a crew called Juswanna with Mega-g and DJ Muta. His first and only long play as a solo artist Mess -king OF Dope- was originally released in 2010 after the crew went on a long hiatus and is still a huge influence for new generation artists as one of the milestones of Japanese hip hop of the 2010's era.

Eritrean-born and Amsterdam-based singer-songwriter Rimon returns with her latest six-track effort, I Shine, U Shine. Rimon brings some rather high-profile friends along for the ride, tapping Denzel Curry for "Got My Back" and Darrell Cole for the title track. I Shine, U Shine showcases a dynamic range of sounds, from the emotional electric guitar solos on "The Morning" to the soulful saxophone backing on the Denzel-assisted "Got My Back."

Clan Caimán returns to EM Records for their second album, continuing the instinctive evolution of their music: a wordless, timeless, gently pulsing and sweetly melodic soundworld, based on composer Emilio Haro’s vision of a band playing the music of an imaginary undiscovered ethnic group. Woven together by Haro’s self-made kalimbafón, a tuned percussion instrument, these five Argentinian musicians also use threads of lap steel, guitars, bass and percussion to knit their beyond-genre textures, seemingly ageless despite being recorded in December 2019. Koralle, aKa Lorenzo Nada, musician, beatmaker and producer, formerly an underground legend under the moniker Godblesscomputers, returns to put his 'hands in the dough' a few months after the release of his third album 'Insomnia', fusing jazz vibes with the elements that characterise the deep roots of hip-hop in four stylish pearls that capture body and soul in an increasingly intimate dimension.

Listening begins with the EP's title track, "Perfections," a perfect chill awakening, accompanied by fleeting piano notes and a bass drum and snare rhythm in the tradition of the beatmaking masters.
The second track, "Leaf," hints at melancholic and mysterious nostalgic undertones, to be followed by the single "From the Heart," which features the extraordinary participation of Brooklyn lyricist Awon, a mainstay of American jazzrap, who fits in perfectly with Koralle's eclectic sound world.

The next element were DJs - 1an from Tokyo and DJ Eprom from Warsaw (former IDA world champion). An important element of the project is the graphic design, for which Małgorzata "Mauko" Korczak is responsible - exploring the art of Japanese Shodō calligraphy. As many as three versions of covers were created. One limited edition (hand-numbered 100 pieces), a version with a black wax and a version exclusively for the Japanese market. This 7" is the first part of the Polish-Japanese series. It is the beginning of our journey.
