The Cure's upcoming album, Songs of a Lost World, marks their return after 16 years and will be released on 1 November 2024. This project, led by frontman Robert Smith, delves deeply into themes of mortality, loss, and existential reflection, drawing comparisons to the band's earlier introspective works, like 1989's Disintegration. Many tracks, including “Alone” and “Endsong,” were previewed during their 2022 Shows of a Lost World tour, setting a melancholic and haunting tone that captures Smith’s reflections on personal losses, including family bereavements

You Never End is the third album from Valentina Magaletti, Tom Halstead and Joe Andrews (Moin) out via AD 93. Its title alone expresses the teetering and shifting nature of both the album and band. This record marks the Moin"s shift into a new phase with vocal collaborations across the album from Olan Monk, james K, Coby Sey and Sophia Al-Maria.

Justin Chancellor has been the band's bassist since 1995, replacing original bass player Paul D'Amour. Across a career spanning almost 25 years, Tool have had pauses to record, perform or otherwise communicate, a string of tunes that remain, ‘in the can’, or at least, not readily available.This new 2LP set features sixteen such cuts, which range from cover versions of numbers originally by Pink Floyd, Wings, Peach, Led Zeppelin, Sublime and Tori Amos, plus duets with the Deftones, RATM and Tori once again.
