Hand Made has been a go-to number from Abel’s well-received ‘Cosmic Law’ album. Taking a deeper and much more techy approach to sound design, Abel and Atjazz enlisted the brilliant ‘Brutha Basil’ to lay down some truth about ‘doing this music thing for the right reasons’. With some incredible remixes from Peacey who swipes things up to a new energy level, Rocco Rodamaal whose punchy re-work takes us way back to NYC’s early days of house music, and South Beach Recycling’s Chicago and Detroit-inspired late-night groover. This is one of those releases that will stay on target for a long time, no doubt!

Featuring 4 new to vinyl releases & including a raft of luminary names from across the soulful spectrum this is sure to be a be a hot fave with long standing fans of the label.

Glenn Underground’s Jazz-Funk fuelled rework of 'This Place' kicks things off and needs no introduction… heavily supported & much loved through the soulful circles & beyond with the likes of Louie Vega, Dave Lee, Jimpster, Jamie 3:26 & Fred Everything (to name a few!) all loudly banging the drum – people have been clamouring for this to be on vinyl. You spoke, we listened!

Up next is 'Modulate', a collaborative force of the highest order between Sean & long-time friend Black Sonix. Expertly fuzzying the lines across Deep, Soulful & House is somewhat of a speciality for the duo respectively and there’s bags of all 3 intertwined throughout alongside a hefty sprinkling of sun-kissed, Latino-inspired pianos.

'Still Standing Here' kicks things off on the B-side and begin in March 2022 as vocalist Madeeha recorded an accapella vocal idea in a phone voice message, quietly singing into her phone to avoid waking the neighbours. She sent the idea to drum & bass producer from Bristol, DJ Mixjah, who then approached friend Sean McCabe with the idea. Together they produced a hypnotic afro-tinged soulful backing track to fit with the voice message, with an intention to re-record it in a studio environment. Sean and Mixjah soon realised that the music they had created blended perfectly with the sincerity, intimacy & rawness of Madeeha's heartfelt performance in the original voice message and decided to stick with it. A firm fave for Atjazz, Crackazat , DJ Spen & Emmaculate.

Wrapping things up is 'You Don’t Know', a slick & energetic dancefloor bubbler from London based producer/DJ ‘David Bailey’ and Canadian soulful songstress ‘MissFly’. David Bailey is a firm favourite amongst the London house music community. He’s produced standout releases on labels such as Idris Elba's 7wallace, Makin Moves, Good Vibrations Music, Rhemi Music & Unquantize. MissFly is known for her soulful serenades and ability to write songs 'on the fly' in the studio. She has carved out an impressive discography on soulful house nuggets such as '1972,' 'Wanna Love You' and 'Thankful'

Dance music legends Red Axes return with four signature tracks for Bristol label Shall Not Fad

This Incredible new EP by Fred P brings a definitive futurist vision of Dance floor mayhem of the late night variety. Singular Point of Focus is a ep packed with weapons of mass euphoria for the discerning selector and enthusiast alike. Incorporating augmented vocals by the Artist himself with a character that can’t be pinned to his natural rich deep voice yet an exact fit that represents the current moment in time. Animals on Psychedelics welcomes Swiss/Tunisian producer Ish for its 9th release, with another suitably lysergic 3 track EP.

A1 kicks off with vintage Sci-fi mind exploration samples and quickly evolves into a pulsating and accelerated acid trance rumpus, with the sample weaving its way around the tracks main goan filtered synths and throbbing bass, for a perfect, reflective end of night closer.

Still keeping things pacey and sci-fi, B1 guides us into more traditional trance territory, with lighter 808 kick drums and a progressive arpeggiated synth line that links up with his paranoid friend half way through for some machine talk , before metallic bass and electric guitar mates comes barging in to abruptly end all chat.

B2 continues the trip and lands us on an unexplored planet deep in the outer universe. Pensive, melancholic and breaksy IDM frequencies transmit through our vessels radio, whilst a woman reminds us that we still have our 'Body's' as we float in space.

Jacopo Latini and Giammarco Orsini continue the Data Memory Access trajectory with the second outing on their eponymous label. Jacopo flies solo for this release, showcasing his innovative sound across four essential cuts within the “Echoes Of Tomorrow” EP. Gritty yet futuristic energy throughout, creating a beautiful balance between genres, teasing elements of techno, and electro, but still keeping the depth and emotion Latini’s productions have become synonymous with. Wandering between the distinctive and hypnotic moods of “Time Is Up” and the sought after “Nightfall”, in addition to the transcending yet punchy atmospheres of “Otherside” and “Electric Edge”.

This classy exploration from the Italian producer follows on from what has been a bright few years for Jacopo, as he has found himself sharing his music on a diverse selection of labels including Mood Waves (solo and as DMA), Innershades’ Altered Circuit, and as Data Memory Access, labels such as UK favourite, Craigie Knowes. The “Echoes Of Tomorrow” EP adds to this colourful back catalogue as Jacopo approaches what seemingly looks like the most prolific stages of his career this far.

Is deep house music dead? On HM008 - Retrospect, Hardmatter co-founder and label honcho Zapata flips that notion on its head, and proves that it’s anything but. The Berlin-based, New York-born producer debuts on his own label with 6 thoughtful slabs of deep, padded, and jazzy house, informed not only by the legacy of his native city but also by the trying times that all house lovers face. The EP begins with the spaced-out, beatless ambient yarn “A1 Bray From Beyond,” a cinematic rumination as moving as it is nostalgic, before transitioning to “A2 Miguel,” a modern deep-house anthem dedicated to Mike Huckaby. “A3 Birchy’s Lament” follows, a hauntingly strewn, piano-driven slab of the early-morning deep house certain to move dancers into thoughtful submission. The story of this EP dates back to 2021, when we—the whole BMP crew—were attending our annual family gathering at the now-defunct Sarcus festival (R.I.P).



On a late Saturday afternoon, we all gathered under the same tent to watch one of our dear friends perform live. You guessed it: this friend is Malouane. From the first track of the live set, we in the audience exchanged astonished looks. We knew he had been working hard on this live set for months but didn't know anything about it. As the live set unfolded, we kept traveling mentally in a perpetual state of amazement.

By the end of the set, we all had the same idea: to congratulate Malouane and ask for the tracks so we could release an EP that would capture the essence of this live set, allowing us to relive that very special moment.



After a long wait, we are now more than happy to share some selected tracks from the set with you, hoping you will feel the same excitement we felt at the time.
As a cherry on top, besides having four tracks from Malouane, we asked our dear friend Gabriel Belabbas—from Positive Future—to craft an additional remix, giving this EP a deep house edge.

Dance culture has always gone side by side with hip-hop. Another proof of this is the new solo project YATUT (translated as «I’m here») by the legendary beatmaker Boora, originally from Kaliningrad, and now based in Los Angeles. His Debut EP called Vahue (translated as «I’m shocked») on Minor Notes is a collection of reflections on life changes, moving to another country, and the difficulties that accompany migration at all. Musically, this release is woven from a variety of samples and breaks combined with the analog sound of the Roland JV-1080 synthesizer and MPC One. This music is at the junction of house, electro and breakbeat. And we «Vahue» how cool it turned out.

As Quinoa serves up its third Cut, the Nutritionist's Guide To The Galaxy's plot thickens with its second installment. A split EP chock full of the complex carbohydrates and life-giving minerals our bodies need for interstellar travel.



The Carbs are supplied by Brique, who composes a blend of digestible beats that pulsate with steady energy. "The Future" launches us into orbit with its playful synths and driving basses, while "Customer Service Meltdown" takes us on a rollercoaster ride through glitchy melodies, infectious rhythms and a liberating storyline most of us can relate to.



On the flip side, Babu dishes out the Minerals with tracks that are equally replenishing for the souls of tomorrow's space-travellers. "Apollo" elevates us to celestial heights with its euphoric melodies and cosmic atmospheres, while "American War" plunges us into the depths of introspection with its haunting vocals and brooding basslines.

Introducing Nice002 "Shoreline Circuitry" EP, the second release from All Nice Records, featuring the Portuguese producer Lake Haze. This EP will take you on a journey through pulsating house tracks, driven by 707 toms and hypnotic acid lines. "Dune District" kicks off with uplifting house vibes, distorted pads, and infectious rhythms. "Voltage Vortex" follows, offering a chill house groove with a heavy Chicago-inspired bassline. On the B-side, "Shoreline Circuitry" delivers rhythmic intensity with 707 toms and obscure acid lines. Closing the EP is "Electribe Echoes," a mesmerising track showcasing Lake Haze's sound mastery.

The Politics Of Dancing label celebrates its tenth anniversary with a special sampler EP featuring four on-point house cuts. Olivier Romero gets dark and deep with his menacing 'Shout The Killer,' Josh Baker's 'Can Anybody Help' then gets more upbeat and party-ready with its silky pads and upright kicks, while Cosenza explores a raw and percussive tech house vibe with busy lead that zips about the mix. It's pure Detroit house cruising with the closer from Camilo Gil & ONE Plus. Happy birthday to this fine label and here's to many effective more EPs like this one.

Dungeon Funk lands heavily here with a debut release that sets a good standard from the off. This marks the first time that assured and hardcore deep house heads Dungeon Meat and SlapFunk Records have come together and it is the result of Meat man Brawther hosting a comp on his Patreon channel for aspiring producers to try and impress. From the many entries he received, the four best are served up here starting with Ibiza-based A.M. Project whose 'Flippin' Kicks' has heavyweight kicks and plunging bass. UK-based ADMNTi & Jack Ling offer the quick tech funk of 'Meat Slap', Russia's Fanick brings a trippy breakbeat vibe with 'Watch Me' and Canada's Modal Logic offers 'Space and Science Center', a nice loopy and low-slung banger to close.

The first 12-inch remix work "malaka Remixes" by Yuima, who creates jazz and world music into modern beats, will be released on September 12. The second release from the label private post from Yokote, Akita is the first ep by Conny of big town cafe in Akita City! The brain archive before and after his brain hemorrhage in 2022 is permanently archived on vinyl! After working at one of Akita's leading clubs, he now produces big town cafe, which is also a music bar. He is a man of energy. Just like the funktion one can experience at the store. The A-side is a housey tune that makes you want to play it over and over again, giving you a sense of festivity. The B-side is a far-future soundscape that immerses you in a different space that is typical of Conny. The outstanding sound through the Studer A820 Analog Master is now available in a completely limited production run, Vinyl Only! 45rpm!!

Diego Ruiz, aka Dfra, is an Argentine music producer very active in the last five years with several productions in the underground deep house scene. Now he's definitely setting the bar at the highest level with this project. He's introducing a full band of musicians with jazzy roots, and the result is a four-track EP that's a clear fusion of how jazz and electronic music merge in a unique way. It incorporates classic Deep House and House sounds plus the fusion of Modal Jazz, Bebop, and Hard Bop style melodies.

Freerange welcomes back dutch producer Yannick Roberts for his follow up to his 2022 I Can’t Hide From Myself EP. That release gained club spins and chart support from the likes of Dave Lee, Jamie 3:26, Luke Solomon and Fred Everything and became a hit with lovers of deep, disco-influenced Detroit house sounds as championed by fellow countrymen such as Dam Swindle, Fouk and Nachtbraker.

Opening track Grace sets the tone with a chunky groover guaranteed to set the right mood on the dance floor. Next up Yannick picks up the pace with Anyone (This Late At Night Mix) which uses syncopated synth stabs and a simple two note bassline to create peak time energy levels.

Amsterdam Nights keeps things bubbling along nicely with fat 909 beats, piano stabs and intense vocal samples while the EP closes out in fine fashion with All For You. Four tracks which perfectly demonstrate Yannick’s knack for producing quality club tunes.

Spirits rise further on the Gospel-infused, ’The Tunnel’, as Anthony Hainsley inspires with his message of perseverance.The track's relentless four-four stomp symbolises the resilience and collective spirit to keep moving, “somehow”, and serves as a joyous reminder of the celebration of dancing together.

TOA, the new tone setters, tastemakers, and temperature takers – and the heat is undeniably rising.

It’s been exactly a year since the 6th Borough boys emerged from their hiatus to bring us the Rhythm & Truth EP. This killer three tracker picked up where they left off and showed us that fans of deep, dusty, dubbed-out disco were as hungry as ever for new 6BP material and went on to garner praise from the likes of Jamie 3:26, Luke Solomun, Dam Swindle, Young Pulse and the Faith crew to name a few. Here on their follow up we’re treated to more of the good stuff and sees Craig Smith and Graeme ‘Revenge’ Clark whipping up four new cuts spanning speaker- wobbling sub-aquatic grooves and stripped back deep house.

One Way sets the tone with a subtle yet infectious percussive workout which is one of those mood setting tools which looks set to become a lot of DJ’s secret weapons this summer. Filtering strings and tweaked synths add that classic Chicago energy which won’t fail to get you locked into it’s groove. Spare Change treads a similar path but goes heavier on the echoing synth stabs and deep string pads proving that when the rhythm is rolling this nicely just let it roll.

Flip over for Backlash which takes us deeper still with lush chords and driving square wave bassline taking centre stage supported by an unrelent ing kick drum which helps to keep an intensity throughout the arrangement. Closing out the EP we have The Other, which sees 6BP dropping the BPM’s to create a low-slung slice of deep, underground house perfection.

Blkmarket Music announces the 14th release on the label entitled ‘Mindframe.’

Label boss Taimur & long time friend Artro hailing from Costa Rica come together to bring you the label’s latest release that was recorded at Trial Und Error Studio in San José, Costa Rica in 2023. The two forged a friendship back in 2012 when Taimur was invited to San José to play the legendary club Vertigo alongside Artro. On their recent meet up in summer of 2023, the two friends played together once again at Antik club in San José and went into the studio together for the first time. The result was Mindframe.

Vertigini is the alias of a prodigious talent. To date, Arthur Mukharlyamov’s infectious hooks have only been available digitally. Bordello A Parigi are more than excited to give this analogue alchemist his full vinyl debut. Four tracks make up the aptly named Thunder. The title piece rumbles from speaker cones, thick banks of bass and crisp rhythms crack before smooth strings give way to flashes of melodic radiance. Inspiration lies in the heavens with this EP, he’s leaving the bonds of earth for “Galaxy Funk”. Textured percussion is cut with acid grooves while generous breaks fuel this expedition. A fierce arpeggiator immediately ignites the flip, lancing beats pierce this burbling bulwark as honeyed notes melt in the muscled sweetness of “Final Space”. The journey back to Earth is imminent, but not without one final fun-filled flurry. Rich drum patterns are the foundation for the sticky groove of “Space Trip”. Vocals echo skyward while Vertigini weaves a dancefloor delight to ease re-entry to reality.

The superduo formed by two authentic stars of the Italian dance scene is back with the ‘Rolling Wave’ EP on Mondo Groove. Daniele Baldelli needs no introduction; he has made a fiery mark on DJ history worldwide with his legendary sets. He built his eclectic and visionary style at the Baia Degli Angeli in the 1970s and Cosmic in the early 1980s, to the triumph of recent years, in demand at every latitude on the planet. DJ Rocca is one of Italy’s most inspired producers, his art forged in a mix of technique and passion, versatile enough to work alongside artists as diverse as Baldelli, Dimitri From Paris or one of the giants of Italian jazz, pianist Franco D’Andrea.

Daniele Baldelli & DJ Rocca are on fire in the four tracks of this new EP on Mondo Groove, which starts with the bleep sounds of the title track ‘Rolling Wave’, goes into orbit with the deep boogie of ‘Funk Infusion’ and a party number like ‘Marchin On’, and culminates in the refined disco-jazz digressions of ‘Focused Image’. A record that will be a future classic.

The ever prolific Tom Carruthers is back on L.I.E.S. flipping the script with a new double lp "Downtown Rhithms" On this one Carruthers takes his sound into uncharted territories with a style heavily indebted to the late 80s-early 90s New York House sound. Filled with heavy duty samples heads are sure to know, TC spliced, diced, rearranged and transformed them into something sounding like it came out of Todd Terry or Bones Sp-1200 back in the days. Funky, deep, introspective, these 12 tracks are guaranteed to rock the floor wherever you may be. Perfect music for the summer heat, bumping out your car stereo or in the club, these cut will make em' sweat guaranteed! True old school productions for real DJs! Shall Not Fade celebrate their 8 year anniversary with a double LP featuring brand new music from their label family!

The already well-cultured Selections label keeps it classy with this 13th outing. Manooz is at the buttons and taps into a timeless deep house sound from the off. 'Welcome Haruka' pairs widescreen chords with warming, glowing bell harmonies and dreamy vocals. 'jv2080 Infinity' (My Pitch mix) brings more swift tempos and smeared synth work that channels early Detroit. There is a playful skip and some sultry sax lines to 'Essential Sax' which recalls great artists like Jovonn and 'Take One (jx08)' rounds out this most effective and emotive house EP with some soulful Glenn Underground style grooves.

Marco Lazovic shows his jazzy electro side with this new outing on Scruniversal. It's a sixth EP from this label and another one you need to cop. The A-side tune is 'Amour Translanatique' and is one doused in romantic pad work, reverential moods and gentle drums that soothe the mind, body and soul. 'Uslada' is more upbeat but no less deft and silky. This one has lush cosmic chords and wispy melodies peeling off the busy beats which have a whiff of liquid jungle goodness to them. Two high-class cuts for tender dancefloors.

Label boss Demuir steps up for the 8th 12" from Purveyor Underground Limited and uses the opportunity to dedicate the music to his mother. This Grooves From Mama's Kitchen EP has already picked up some notable plays from the likes of Jimpster, Masters At Work and Kerri Chandler and is a swinging house offering with great depth and musicality. 'Beat 6 (Luv Is Complicated)' is majestic and soulful house with diva vocals and brilliant melodies, while the dub is more paired back. 'In Awe Of You' brings the jazz with its bright lead synths and soulful grooves, while closer 'In Awe Of You Ma' (Gabriel's Strings) is more loose-limbed and playful with some fine horns.

Yoyaku's sublabel YoY presents a double LP from Thoma Bulwer and Claus Voigtmann, blending deep house, electro, breaks, and house. Enjoy driving basslines, shimmering synths, and intricate breakbeats, all culminating in an uplifting, genre-blending finale.
