PRODUCT INFORMATION
•The Lenco LS-40 is a modern turntable with two built-in speakers. Enjoy your favourite vinyl at a single press of a button. Forget complicated music systems, because the Lenco LS-40 effortlessly brings your records to life.

•Whatever the music genre you like listening to, you can change easily from 33 to 45 RPM. For more volume, you use external speakers and the RCA jacks on the back of the turntable. This ensures that you can fill any size of room with music. The turntable also features an AUX input.

•Lenco is fully aware that you want to treat your vinyl records as gently as possible, so the Lenco LS-40 turntable is semi-automatic. When the final track ends, the stylus automatically lifts off the record and the tonearm returns to its support. This prevents scratching so that you can enjoy your beloved records for longer. The Lenco LS-40 is supplied with a dust cover that keeps your Lenco free of dust during brief periods when you are not using your turntable. Magnetically Stabilized Record Broom

Easy and effective cleaning arm

Record brooms have been around since the early 1970s. Some of them do a good job, some rather not. In many cases the brush rushes towards the middle of the platter, running out of sync with the tonearm. This phenomenon is known as skating. Recent developments aim to tackle this problem. Here the highly efficient neodymium magnet comes into play. These magnets are used to stabilize the record broom of the Sweep it S2. Sweep it S2 is constructed in collaboration with Klaus Mick and uses his patented technology to stabilize the record broom. Extensive theoretical and empirical research has been put into the development of this product.
The magnetic attraction between the neodymium magnet – based in the top part of the cylinder – and the [Fe] core/counterweight stabilizes the record brush. Moreover, the distance between the neodymium magnet and the [Fe] core/counterweight is carefully chosen to ensure a specific magnetic stabilization force. As the aluminium of the brusharm is paramagnetic, it acts like an additional space between the neodymium magnet and the [Fe] core/counterweight.
Sweep it S2 is height adjustable within a range of about 1cm. The position can be locked with the set screw on the base. With this mechanism, it is possible to adjust the height of the arm of the record broom in order to align it horizontally with the platter. A correct horizontal alignment ensures the correct tracking force of about 6g.
Flexible placement

The record broom can be placed in one of two left hand side corners of the turntable. The placement is depending on the type and shape of your turntable. At the optimal position the brush should align with the spindle (i.e. the center of the platter). Deviations (relative to the spindle) between 1,5 to 2 cm are well compensated by design of the Sweep it S2. Higher deviations can cause more drastic skating effects.

Infernal Affairs' was born in the downturn of Hong Kong movies in the early 2000s, with a compact plot and an innovative narrative style. It won word-of-mouth from the audience, achieved a box office revenue of 55 million Hong Kong dollars, became the 2002 box office champion, and represented the peak of Hong Kong film creation. 'Infernal Affairs' has been remade many times at home and abroad, including Martin Scorsese's remake in 2006 as the American version of 'Infernal Affairs' called 'The Departed'. It won four Oscars, including Best Picture. Both China and Japan have been remade the film into TV series. To commemorate the 20th anniversary of the release of 'Infernal Affairs', the film's soundtrack is being pressed for special release of the global limited edition 'Infernal Affairs' vinyl format. Created by Hong Kong famous film composer Chan Kwong Wing, the soundtrack was performed by the Asia Philharmonic Orchestra and the Nicolaus Esterhazy Orchestra, the Asian Philharmonic Choir and the Hungarian Choir participated in the chorus. 'Infernal Affairs' is a successful example of the flawless combination of light, shadow and music. Cooperating with the compact plot, each note is closely related to the progress of the plot, arousing the audience's emotions, creating a tense atmosphere and enhancing the dramatic effect. In the first act of drug dealing, the struggle between good and evil is perfectly demonstrated. In addition to plots and images, music also plays an important role in certain scenes. Cai Qin's song 'The Forgotten Time' connects two protagonists with different fate trajectories. Another example is the scene where Huang Sir was thrown off the building and died, and Feng Xiyu hummed the episode 'Goodbye - Police', like the sound of the sounds of nature, I feel sorry for Huang's death. When fans recall the scene, the music often comes to mind at the same time.

Netherworld marks a considerable step onwards from the territory that Louise Patricia Crane explored on her debut long player Deep Blue, crafting audial landscapes that go further into both inner and outer space; hallucinatory and surrealistic yet also grittier and more direct. For all that this stemmed in part from early Genesis and The Beatles, Netherworld also sits in alignment with the luxurious but oddly intimate realm of modern classics, by the likes of Tears For Fears, Tori Amos and Joni Mitchell, with passionate intensity set in a bold, cinematic vista. In realising these romantic and expansive visions, Crane not only wrote or co-wrote the entire album, but arranged, co-produced and played a wide variety of instruments on it. Yet as a supporting cast, she has surrounded herself with a formidable selection of mercurial contributors. Once again, Jakko M. Jakszyk (King Crimson) brings his fiery and mellifluous solo guitar work, as well as contributing backing vocals, keyboards and co-production. Elsewhere, the flute soliloquies of Tiny Bard are the work of Jethro Tull’s Ian Andersonwhile saxophone duties are handled by Mel Collins, whose work with King Crimson marks only one chapter in an incredibly storied life in music. Providing violin and viola across the stylistic expanse of the album, Shir-Ran Yinon (New Model Army / Eluveitie) returns as a collaborator. The rhythm section for the lion's share of the record consists of the dream team of Tony Levin (King Crimson / Peter Gabriel) and Gary Husband (John McLaughlin / Billy Cobham / Allan Holdsworth) with Nick Beggs stepping in on bass for Dance With The Devil and upright bass on Long Kiss Goodnight. Crucially however, even amidst this kind of company, Louise’s voice and vision is never remotely overshadowed—with the talents on offer only serving to make the backdrop to her songs still more vivid, sharp and intense. About the author:
Leyla Daybelge and Magnus Englund are self-confessed 'Bauhaus obessives', with a specialist interest in Walter Gropius. They are co-authors of the 2019 book Isokon and the Bauhaus in Britain, detailing the little-known story of Walter Gropius's life and work in London during the 1930s. Magnus and Leyla have delivered dozens of highly acclaimed lectures on the Bauhaus and Walter Gropius.

Originally released in 2002 on the Sweet Nothing label (snlp/cd 11), Under Sided was recorded in 2001 at WhiteHouse Studios in Weston Super Mare, with Martin Nichols engineering. The band had previously recorded tracks for Mans Ruin 10” at these studios (also famous for Ripcord, Heresy, Slowdive, Hardskin, Decadence Within, Icehouse.. amongst many others!). For the reissue, the original recordings were remastered for vinyl and CD by long time Heads Masterer (!) Shawn Joseph. The resultant 8 tracks, spread over 4 sides of vinyl are some of the best music the Heads have recorded, after a bit of a hiatus following their 2000 US tour / Peel session (included in the boxset / on the 2CD version here), the band regrouped and worked out the tracks for the album, relentless rehearsing for the recording. Very few shows happened in that 2001-2002 timeframe.. band members were busy, earning a living, getting on with life, but they still had some riffs/songs there. Upon release in 2002 the album got great reviews in the press, from Kerrang and Mojo to the Sunday Times, all helping the Bristol fourpiece confirm their cult status, which has continued to current times.. The remastered album is being reissued as a 4LP + 2CD boxset. The extra 2LP features their Peel session from 2000, as well as a couple of compilation tracks (For Mad Men Only / Born To Go), and some unreleased demo versions, as well as 2 exclusive to this set CDS that feature nearly 150 minutes of Live recordings (mastered, but RAW!) from their gigs on the Thekla in Bristol and rehearsal room tapes in 2001 and 2002. The boxset will also have a special slip-mat, stickers, and a 24 page booklet of photos /writings, including recollections by each band member, and others including Stewart Lee. Under Sided is a pounding sike-nightmare that shows the Heads at the peak of their powers, there’s a flow throughout the album of melding psychedelic noise rock to unrelentin rhythms and creating a bad trip for all listening.. open battering-ram “Dissonaut” is a staple in their live shows to this day… even the gentle sooth of “Energy” is enveloped by a white noise fury.. the intensity of some of the tracks: the terror inducing “Bedminster” or “False Heavy” (a tour worn riffmonger from 2000) or the Magnet-esque “Heavy Sea”, showed the band as ferocious as any of the insurgent “stoner” genre of that time. They were never going to make their living out of touring, record sales… as Hugo mentions in his notes for the booklet, “.. we had less boundaries and felt we could experiment more and not worry about commerciality…” but they were able to make this album.

Recorded in the spring of 2010 and then mysteriously abandoned by Prince before its release, the statement album Welcome 2 America documents Prince’s concerns, hopes, and visions for a shifting society, presciently foreshadowing an era of political division, disinformation, and a renewed fight for racial justice.
