How To Train Your Dragon 2 was composed by John Powell, who has created the archetype for modern animation scoring. This soundtrack has never had a standard vinyl release, much less this deluxe edition which will be presented across two LP’s in a gatefold jacket and pressed on red mult-color splatter vinyl, in keeping with the theme of the green multi-color splatter on the How To Train Your Dragon 1 LP release, which was also produced exclusively for RSD in 2021. As with the first soundtrack, the theme song of the second film is done by Jonsi from the Icelandic band, Sigur Ros, and is unavailable anywhere else.

“Loud” is the fifth studio album by Barbadian singer Rihanna. It was released on November 2010, by Def Jam Recordings and SRP Records. It was recorded between February and August 2010, during the singer's “Last Girl on Earth” Tour and the filming of her first feature film “Battleship”. Rihanna was the executive producer of “Loud” and worked with various record producers, including StarGate, Sandy Vee, The Runners, Tricky Stewart and Alex da Kid. The album features several guest vocalists, including rappers Drake, Nicki Minaj and Eminem, who is featured on the sequel to "Love the Way You Lie", titled "Love the Way You Lie (Part II)".

The album differs from Rihanna's 2009 album, “Rated R”, which incorporates a prominently foreboding and angry tone and dark themes. “Loud” features up-tempo and pop genres, ranging from R&B and dance-pop to electro music, and marks the return to dancehall; a genre prominent on Rihanna's first two albums “Music of the Sun” (2005) and “A Girl like Me” (2006). It also incorporates rock in "California King Bed" and reggae in the Caribbean inspired "Man Down".

The album was a commercial success internationally; it debuted at number three on the US Billboard 200 chart, with first week sales of 207,000 copies, the highest first week sales of her career at the time. Since its release, it had sold over 8 million copies worldwide.

Tresor Records is fortunate enough to be sitting on a catalogue of past releases that no other label in electronic
music would turn down. Three of the nest in this collection were contributed by Surgeon: “Basictonalvocabulary”,
“Balance” and “Force + Form” all originally came out on the Berlin institution between 1997 and 1999.
Surgeon’s inimitable combination of Detroit techno and post-industrial sounds emanating from his British
homeland found its fullest expression in these masterful trio of releases on Tresor. Tresor Records have decided
that its high time to give these seminal albums another airing, and will present each in a staggered series of 2LP
represses throughout the year.
“Force + Form” is the last chapter of this re-issue series, centered around Surgeon and represents a turning point
both in the artist’s career as well as for the history of techno music. Tresor117 was remastered in 2015 by Matt
Colton at Alchemy Mastering, London.

The story of the Capsoul master tapes is well known: after City National Bank of Columbus foreclosed on the debt the label incurred to found the city's most successful soul label, owner Bill Moss hid the tapes at a family friend's farm in Central Ohio, looking to dodge repossession. But a flood finished the job that the bank started, and Capsoul's legacy was left to the hands of soul collectors who arrived a generation later. Or so everyone thought. Unearthed in songwriter Dean Francis' basement were two then-unheard Four Mints songs, produced by Francis and recorded in the Capsoul studios with the Capsoul session musicians. "No Longer" and "Endlessly" made for a fitting postscript to the Capsoul story, told by the label's greatest group, and pressed here to bevel-edged 45s with lovingly recreated label art_a full invocation of the magic of an original Bill Moss production.

Neşet Ertaş is a Turkish folk poet, the last great representative of Turkish culture and musical tradition. He is also known as the "Bozkırın Tezenesi ". On the albums he released from the 1950’s onwards, he recorded Central Anatolian folk songs and dance tunes as well as the folk songs he learned from his father Muharrem Ertaş. Starting in the 1960’s, he began to write both lyrics and compositions. He used the pseudonym "Garip", and from the 1970’s onwards, his folk songs were interpreted by many artists of the period. In 2009, he was deemed worthy of being included in UNESCO's Living Human Treasure inventory. This album contains 10 songs performed by the great master in 1998. "Güzel Ne Güzel Olmuşsun", "Hapishanelere Güneş Doğmuyor", "Neredesin Sen" and "Zahide" are the most remarkable tracks on the album

Petal has always been a deeply personal project for songwriter & lead singer Kiley Lotz. For the fourth release on DJ Koze and Marcus Fink's Pampa imprint, hyperactive hotshot house hunk Axel Boman steps up and delivers a stunning debut EP for the label. Since many years an important force on the small but friendly Swedish club scene, and one third of the Studio Barnhus crew together with Kornél Kovács and Petter, Axel is as experienced a producer as his ideas are fresh. This tattooed Swede often talks about creating "worlds" rather than "tracks", and on his "Holy Love" EP we are transported to three very different places indeed. The title track, a collaboration with vocalist J Jonason, invites you to take part in a lazy afternoon cocktail party onboard an old sailing boat in Gothenburg's archipelago. Ten City are mixing up the White Russians and Giorgio Moroder's estranged Swedish grandson is peeling the shrimp. You fall asleep on the patio and wake up in a sweaty basement later that night. Through the shabby speakers of one of those small but friendly Stockholm night clubs, you hear "Purple Drank", a sleazy, sexy number that draws influences from Houston style screw music, classic deep house and hypnotic techno. The irresistible vocal hook - "I woke up with your name on my lips" has already echoed across dance floors from Tokyo to Amsterdam. Bouncy yet unsettling, this track is probably the most obvious DJ's favorite on the EP. Morning comes yet again, and for the after party we head to Axel's private rooftop terrace in sunny Gröndal. The laptop speakers are banging out the most loved up piano loop you ever heard. "Not So Much" is as simple and naïve as Axel Boman's haircut, a perfect ending to a perfect night and a perfect little record from this imperfect genius of a dance music producer.
