A 10g adjustable headshell manufactured from magnesium, complete with gold plated terminal quad wire. The AT-MG10 has an adjustable overhang, as well as internal headhsell threads to avoid the use of nuts when fitting cartridges.

Sturdy SME construction, high-quality cables with gold-plated ports; weight: 8g.

Ortofon SH-4 headshells are high-quality, solid headshells for variety of applications

The SH-4 headshell has an ergonomic design with a long finger that is easy to pick-up. The big finger grip and shorter construction makes movement and placement of the headshell easy and visible.
The wire terminals on the rear side are also gold plated for better signal transmission.

All Ortofon cartridges have a colour coding of the terminals, indicating red and green for right channel respectively hot and ground terminal. White and blue for left channel respectively hot and ground terminal. Green terminal will always be used for grounding the cartridge housings or motor-system, whenever connected inside the cartridge.

We recommend to connect lead wires to the cartridge and headshell before mounting the cartridge on the headshell.

Ortofon SH-4 headshell PINs and Ortofon cartridges' terminal PINs diameter is 1.2 mm. Leadwires supplied fit all right on the cartridges' terminal PINs.

The AT-HS4BK is a universal ½"-mount headshell designed for use with straight 4-pin tonearms.
The AT-HS4BK features an ultra-lightweight (8.5 g) aluminum die-cast body to keep vibration to a minimum and a finger lift to enable precise stylus placement. The headshell is also equipped with color-coded lead wires and comes with mounting screws.
Available in black (AT-HS4BK) and silver (AT-HS4SV).
