Music is the heart and soul of The Artful Escape’s trippy, otherworldly adventure. Developer Beethoven & Dinosaur’s debut title is a deeply personal, reflective work, filtered through the prism of rock ‘n’ roll. The game’s hero, Francis Vendetti, sets off to discover himself through the power of music, embarking on an intergalactic odyssey that transcends space and time.

How could we at iam8bit not work with our pals at publisher Annapurna Interactive and Beethoven & Dinosaur to create a vinyl testament worthy of The Artful Escape’s groovy glamor? It’s a match made in the ziggiest of stardusts.

What we’ve put together here is, if you don’t mind us saying, a doozy. It’s two discs packed with the best of the game’s psychedelic soundtrack, from Josh Abraham and Johnny Galvatron, featuring timeless classics and mind-blowing space jams, such as “The Banks of the River are Lined with Gold,” “Ode To Lightman” and “The City of Glimmer.”

And who else could provide appropriately face-melting album artwork, but the talented and prolific cartoonist/illustrator Jim Rugg? It’s the sounds of The Artful Escape as they were meant to be heard — wait…no, experienced.

It’s 1xLP positively packed with the Fortnite community’s favorite Lobby tracks and tunes. It includes hits like Default Vibe, Solid Groove, Afterburner, and even festive jams like Frosty Serenade. They’re all there on gorgeous, peely yellow vinyl.

Of course, it wouldn’t be Fortnite without spectacular art, aesthetics and presentation. That’s why we tapped the infinitely funky Jim Mahfood for the album art and design, featuring tons of iconic Fortnite friends and characters hanging out and enjoying the jams.

Fortnite is more than just a game. It’s a million moving parts, an intersection of online community, technology, and of course, artistry. We are humbled to play a small part in that symphony with this album – a true labor of love.

The unique soundtrack created under the direction of an award-winning composer Marcin Przybylowicz (The Witcher 3, Cyberpunk 2077) together with Magdalena Urbanska, Maciej Dobrowolski and Piotr Musial (Frostpunk) features orchestral, classical music accompanying the noir-themed cyberpunk RPG based on Marcin Przybylek's saga. Features many minutes of the original score. The unique collaboration of the mentioned artists results in a great mix of electronic and EDM sounds, resembling Cyberpunk 2077. The classic approach suggested by other artists adds a new system to the futuristic sounds, combining orchestra records with virtually generated layers.

Terror Vision is thrilled to unveil the debut release of Charles Bernstein's 1995 score for Rumpelstiltskin, now available on vinyl. Best-known for his iconic, haunting score to Wes Craven's A Nightmare on Elm Street, Bernstein's long sought-after, synth-driven masterpiece seamlessly complements the eerie, suspenseful ambiance of this beloved video rental store classic. For those unfamiliar with Mark Jones' cult favorite film, its plot revolves around a 15th-century imp named Rumpelstiltskin (played by Star Trek: Deep Space Nine's Max Grodénchik) becoming trapped within a small jade figurine. In modern-day Los Angeles, a recently widowed police officer's wife, accompanied by her baby, stumbles upon a witch's shop and acquires said figurine. This seemingly innocent act inadvertently unleashes the cackling beast, who vehemently demands possession of her child. The blending of contemporary Los Angeles with the timeless Rumpelstiltskin tale injects a fresh and intriguing dimension into the story. Terror Vision's release of the film's long-sought soundtrack will delight fans of the film and music collectors alike, offering the chance to own this exceptional music in physical formats for the very first time. At iam8bit, we love a good mess as much as anybody, but let’s face it: There’s something so satisfying about a hard-earned clean-up. No one knows this better than the friendly folks at Max Inferno. Their debut title, A Little to the Left (published by our pals at Secret Mode), is a cozy & warm puzzle game that asks players to arrange everyday household objects to be just a little more pleasing to the eye. This experience is made all the more cozy & warm in the company of its melodious soundtrack, by maestro Justin Karas. Playful, bright, and sometimes even mischievous, the music of A Little to the Left instantly transports you to a place of calm and empowered focus. It’s soothing melodic magic, featuring eight lengthy and whimsical tracks presented on tidy taupe vinyl. And of course, it wouldn’t be complete without a little tactile flair reminiscent of the game! That’s why we collaborated with album artist Paul G. Hammond to create this uniquely interactive ‘Tidy Diecut Jacket,’ featuring an inner sleeve with both tidy and untidy display options.
