The entire jacket consists of vertical panels and the spiral design on the sleeves wraps the body differently than conventional jackets, creating a unique structure. The outer fabric is made entirely from recycled nylon, is extremely durable and abrasion-resistant, and has a silk-like sheen with a fluorine-free water-repellent finish. The Primaloft insulation in the Goldwin 0 Cloud Helicoid Parkas is made from recycled post-consumer material such as PET bottles and features feather-shaped fibers for resilience that retains heat even when wet. This insulation has the advantage of down-like recovery and packability without sacrificing functionality when exposed to moisture.
