Nach der 2016 erschienenen LP "Jörd" beschloss er, ein wenig Abstand zu nehmen und in Ruhe an neuen Ideen zu arbeiten. Ergebnis seiner Schaffenspause ist das wohl umfangreichste und persönlichste Album, das Petrels je veröffentlicht hat.
