Francois X presents Irregular Passion Reshape, a 12 track LP that re-works his album of the same name, due for release in November on Demented XXX. The original full length LP, released in 2018 explored themes of euphoria and melancholy. Entertaining the listener with sensual atmospheres and unpredictable fervour, all designed to mirror the emotions and intensities of nightlife. With Blade Runner-esque soundscapes and bassy club tracks, Francois X played with a variety of genres and references, holding the piece together with cinematic and hedonistic atmospheres. Francois X has invited an accomplished list of friends and artists, both established and newcomers, to re- imagine the album tracks for Irregular Passion Reshape, building a community of like-minded producers that boldy represent what XXX is all about. From Bjarki's frenzied IDM exploration of breaks and golden era dubstep on 'Blurry Youth', to Anthony Linell aka Abdullah Rashim's experimental reshape of 'Down Under'. Back in 2021 we launched the label with a MOY EP titled ‘Jovian Sunrise’ which has long since sold out. On this EP there were two remixes – one by Fugitive and the other by Silver Fox. Now two years later the favours have been returned and MOY has come back to the label to remix two original tracks.

The first track is ‘Too Strong’ by Fugitive aka Dave Wallace from Aquasky/Mad Dog and The Rave Doctor. Dave returns to his jungle roots and delivers what we think is one of his greatest tracks to date. Heavy, rolling with a great 80’s hook.

Seconds up and its Silver Fox who teams up with MC Spyda aka The Black Tarantula (Pendulum/Knife Party/Shy FX). Spyda is a long time close friend of one of the label bosses, Brent Newitt. Silver Fox hands in a banging hardcore track in his distinct style.

MOY then goes in, dissects and rebuilds both tracks in his unique way… deep, chugging breakbeat monsters with a splash of electro, techno and hardcore thrown in. He keeps the remixes respectful of the original but flips them totally on their heads!

He was also one of the first MC’s on London’s infamous Kool FM. As a producer Duke was signed to the Boogie Times label, sister imprint of the genre defining Suburban Base, under the alias E.K.U.D.C.M. (which is MC Duke spelled backwards).

The first slice of vinyl on this collection features rare cuts from 1993 and perfectly showcases the evolution of the rave era into the sound that was at the time described as jungle techno, the precursor to jungle as we now know it.

Vinyl number 2 is the one that will get the collectors salivating... Featuring music by The Man With No Name, currently the only copies of these tracks are available at an asking price of £167 on the resale market, with people already parting with up to £155 to own a copy via re-seller site discogs!

Our third & fourth disc once again features 2 of MC Dukes alias’ with the darkside goodness that is Quiji Board, and closes with the most up to date track from the compilation by Phiziks previously unreleased on vinyl.

All tracks on this Hard Disk compilation have been expertly re-mastered to give you the optimum listening experience while retaining that authentic early 90’s sound you’d expect. This four-part vinyl collection is placed in a beautiful presentation box for which we’ve digitally re-created the original artwork style from Hard Disk releases back in the day to make this a true collector piece for those wanting a genuine piece of UK culture history.

Hellfish and Bryan Fury, the Axe Gabba Murda Mob, are two of the biggest innovators in hardcore techno. So with this in mind, we are honoured to present ‘Baby Eaters’, an earth shaking joyride to the very edge of the human psyche and beyond.

The eponymous A-side strikes terror into the hearts of men, splitting brain cells like atoms with destructive chain reactions of radical distortion and soul-stripping screams. Pure demonic catharsis, sound frequencies don’t get more violent than this. The B side ‘Acid Abyss’ is an LSD stained hardcore techno anthem where eerily cold voices are strangled by crunchy bellowing kick drums and bleeding 303s. Despite still being cranked up, the precision of the fills in this track offsets the chaotic kicks of the A-side, coming off almost subtle in comparison.

This single is for connoisseurs coming lovingly housed with artwork by the wonderful Jim’ll’Paint it, depicting the deadly duo conducting some rather grizzly research in their underworld studio.

"Good things come to those who wait", says Matt Harris aka Hyroglifics about the theme of his debut album, 'I'll Wait, I Guess', a personal journey to hope and healing reflected through 16 tracks of ever-evolving music and the stories that lie within them. "I believe that good things happen with time, however, I also wanted this album to depict the realities of waiting for something and how seemingly hopeless it may seem at times".

After committing to music full time after getting picked up by RBMA for 2016's Montreal academy, Hyroglifics has released key tracks and EPs on Critical Music, 20/20 LDN, Hooversound, and System. Written and recorded in Bristol before sessions in London and Los Angeles, where he now lives, 'I'll Wait, I Guess' is his most diverse body of work so far. Though led by the detailed drum and bass he's best known for, the album also includes tracks leaning towards grime, half-time, hip hop, techno and ambient music.

"I really wanted to create something that shows my range as a producer and artist", Hyroglifics explains. "My taste is always evolving, so it's hard to pin down a specific 'sound', as I really enjoy exploring the process of trying to create hybrids of genres."

Infekto aka Rico Tubbs aka Riku Pentti is a Finnish producer, from the city of Tampere. A long time figurehead of the Finnish dance scene, he first started releasing music under Infekto on Aquasky's Passenger label in 2002, later launching his Rico Tubbs pseudonym on Jay Cunning's Menu Music. And prior to all of that, he was part of the Mombfunk MC's… you remember… Freestyler!

Here he goes back to his original musical love, hardcore rave. Four total destroyers that brings the warehouse feel… uplifting melodies with heavy bass and beats.

Teaming up with The Ragga Twins on one of the tracks and bringing in the heavy remix pressure from the one and only Marc Mac from Reinforced aka Manix and one half of 4-Hero. On top of that Nervous & Anxious also delivery a kickout punch with their remix, keeping things on that Finnish tip!

This is the first release from our new label, Kniteforce Prime, a label that is focusing on the very early days of rave, 1990-91. With more people returning to the roots of hardcore rave music, and that sound being the inspiration since the inception of Kniteforce Records, we felt it was time to start this new label. The 1990/91 era is full of bleeps, bass, pianos and breaks, and so Kniteforce Prime is heavily influenced by the Belgium techno, Italian Piano House, and UK old school sound of that time. So when it came to an opening artist for the label there was only one person to choose, Innercore. He has been making this style, along with others, for many years, and with this huge EP he didn’t disappoint. The tracks are as varied as the sound was back in those days. Piano’s, hoovers and synths are all here across the EP, from light to dark and everything in the middle.
