The weight made of stainless steel ensures a better contact between the record and the platter. This suppresses mechanical resonances, which greatly improves the scannability of the microgroove. The CLV-30 cleaning cloths consist of a tailor-made knitted structure woven with ultra-fine fibres, which is particularly water-absorbent. There are two wipes in one package.

RECORD LABEL PROTECTOR FOR CLEANING

This product is a label protector that protects the label in the middle of the record from water when you clean your records with water.

Considering the requests and improvements received from users for the Label Protector 'CLP01' released in August 2019, the label protector, which screws onto the record label from both sides, has been enlarged to make it more manageable. At the same time, the thickness of the label protector has been reduced so that it is easier to hold.

A replacement rubber seal and a rubber plate are included in the delivery.

RECORD LABEL PROTECTOR FOR CLEANING

Before cleaning the record, the label protector is screwed onto the record label from both sides so that it does not come into contact with water. In this way, record labels are preserved for a long time.

The tightly woven velvet on the brush surface is ideal for cleaning the sound grooves of the record and also enhances the cleaning effect. Fine dust adhering to the record is removed. In addition to the CL-120 velvet brush, a special brush is supplied to keep the cleaning surface of the brush clean.

Your record player needle also needs cleaning and care. Due to the air pollution caused by both external influences (traffic) and domestic factors (kitchen, smoking), a sticky film can form on your records over time. During playback, the stylus scrapes this deposit out of the record groove, which in turn creates a sticky film around the tip of the stylus, which in turn traps other dirt and dust on your record.

These deposits not only affect sound quality, but can even damage your favorite records. Nagaoka AM-801's special formula efficiently dissolves and removes any sticky substances trapped on the needle.

MasterSounds x HHV turntable weights are carefully designed to reduce a turntable’s noise floor and thus improve the musical soundstage. Users enjoy improved bass response, tighter mids and controlled highs as the turntable weight reduces unwanted resonance when placed via the spindle on top of a record. The robust switches could also be found in a classic sports car. The gear motor is switched on with the left switch. During washing, the direction of rotation should be changed several times by flipping the switch. The right-hand switch switches on the powerful suction turbine. It only needs 2 revolutions of the turntable and the record is dry. A high-quality record brush is part of the delivery programme.The unit can be emptied easily with the help of an outlet spout.

Secure protection for the label
The beautifully shaped puck has a sealing lip on its underside that protects the label from moisture penetration all around. Powerful magnets pull the puck onto the record. So nothing needs to be clamped or screwed. It couldn't be simpler.

Washing with premium brush attached by one click
The DRAABE Premium brush is included in the delivery. With Kleeny MK2 you don't need to hold the brush in your hand. It is simply clicked onto the wash arm. It adapts to the slight unevenness of the surface because it is suspended so that it can move. When the washing process is finished, you simply remove the brush and switch on the suction. It couldn't be simpler!
