Rock Solid Foundations
Hi-fi speaker engineering starts with the cabinet. Computer-aided design (CAD) was used extensively to refine SX60’s internal structures, to ensure that while the drivers are vibrating with your music, the cabinet isn’t. This means that every millimetre of movement from the drivers is directed where it should be – at you.

Stand and Deliver
SX60 speakers have a 165mm (6.5") woofer made from treated paper. Hi-fi manufacturers have used it for years, as paper’s impressive strength-to-weight ratio is matched by excellent tonality – so instruments sound rich, well defined, and real. 25mm (1") soft dome tweeters, made from treated silk, take care of the higher frequencies – with the same balance of realism and refinement.

Two Drivers, One Voice
Our team in London took great care and attention when designing the crossovers in SX60 – as they’re responsible for ensuring that each driver receives the correct frequency. Accuracy of timing and stereo imaging depend on phase remaining completely linear, from top to bottom. The result? Your music sounds engaging, energetic and real.

Engineered, Front to Back
Attention to detail on SX60 runs from front to back. There’s a neat bass reflex port, directly under the woofer, which emphasises lower frequencies to provide rich engaging sound. Spin SX60 around to reveal a pair of high-quality speaker binding posts (connectors), which can accept thick speaker cable – with or without banana plugs.

Designed for Real Life
New look SX60’s clean, understated design allows them to sit in a variety of spaces, and work well in all. The stylish CNC-machined plinth of the T1 features no plastic parts and is carefully manufactured to ensure there are no hollow spaces inside, therefore avoiding unwanted vibrations within the chassis. Carrying this philosophy through the design, the glass platter is also a heavy, zero-resonance design. Finally, the purpose-chosen turntable feet also do a good job of isolating the T1 from ambient vibrations around your hi-fi system. In the T1 the motor drives a belt-system, attached to a newly designed sub-platter, which is mounted into an ultra-precise 0.001mm main bearing with a hardened steel axle and brass bushing – just like our Essential III turntables. The tonearm new tonearm has an effective length of 8.6”. This one-piece aluminium tonearm also features low-friction bearings for absolute accuracy in use. Since the release of Porter-Yoshida & Co.'s 2001 A/W series, the company have added items that match the lifestyle of the time, and have a rich line-up that can be used by a wide range of people, from business bags to small items.

The main material is varistor nylon made in Japan woven with 66 nylon thread, which is also used for car airbags and bulletproof vests, and has excellent heat resistance, abrasion resistance, and tear strength. Some parts are made of highly water-resistant tarpaulin fabric, which is used as an industrial material. Although the Porter-Yoshida & Co. Heat Shoulder Bag is a one-tone black color, it has a stylish design with contrast by combining fabrics with different textures.

Military gimmicks are added everywhere, and the PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System), which allows you to attach pouches and small items by sewing nylon tape at regular intervals, is also a point. With a smart tonearm design we were able to combine pure sound quality with an easy setup. Our Plug & Play design with pre-adjusted tracking force and anti-skating for the included Ortofon OM cartridge has saved us costs and is extremely efficient in handling for our customers.

No compromise in sound: On contraire, the lightweight and low friction aluminium tonearm is optimized for the Ortofon cartridge and will bring out its maximum potential. Also the vibration absorbing feet isolate the turntable from the surface it is place on to deliver the best sound possible. The Primary E Phono is equipped with a switchable phono/line output, so it can be run with a dedicated external phono preamp or with the integrated phono preamp connected to a line input (for example AUX, CD, Tuner, Tape, etc.). With intelligent construction and without needless features we were able to keep the price attractive, despite this product being handmade in Europe. This way we‘re able to offer our customers the sound quality they deserve!

Since the release of Porter-Yoshida & Co.'s 2001 A/W series, the company have added items that match the lifestyle of the time, and have a rich line-up that can be used by a wide range of people, from business bags to small items.

The main material is varistor nylon made in Japan woven with 66 nylon thread, which is also used for car airbags and bulletproof vests, and has excellent heat resistance, abrasion resistance, and tear strength. Some parts are made of highly water-resistant tarpaulin fabric, which is used as an industrial material. Although the Porter-Yoshida & Co. Heat Waist Bag is a one-tone black color, it has a stylish design with contrast by combining fabrics with different textures.
