National Album Day UK 2022 Release. ''Maverick a Strike'' is the debut studio album by Scottish musician Finley Quaye. Originally released on 6 August 1997. The album peaked at number three on the UK Albums Chart and spawned five singles: "Sunday Shining", "Even After All", "It's Great When We're Together", ''Your Love Gets Sweeter", and "Ultra Stimulation“. 'Left Of The Middle' is the 1997 debut album by three-time Grammy nominee, songwriter, actor and model Natalie Imbruglia. Spurred by the success of the hit single 'Torn', the album became an instant worldwide success, peaking the charts in Australia and reaching Top 10 positions in album charts in the US, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Canada and Italy. 'Left Of The Middle' went certified platinum just five weeks after its release date, eventually selling over 7 million copies worldwide. Imbruglia's first album became the largest debut for a new, alternative pop-rock female artist in history, selling more in its first week than records by Alanis Morissette, Meredith Brooks and Fiona Apple combined. 'Left of The Middle' is finally available on vinyl for the very first time since the album's original release in 1997. Why this was so becomes clear in these recordings: intense music, passionately interpreted. The diva is accompanied by the “Quintetto Argentino di Daniel Binelli”, who is also represented with his own compositions. Also on this recording is the piece "Che Tango Che" which Piazzolla wrote especially for Milva. Recorded live at Orchard Hall, Shibuya, Japan on June 20-21, 1998, this masterpiece is back on the market today in an unreleased collector's version.

Morning Musume's first 7-inch project will be released on July 24th. The original release date was September 9th, 1998. “Daite Hold ON ME!” was the first Morning Musume song to reach #1 on the Japanese singles chart. The 7-inch B-side contains the song "Tatoeba".

Jagged Little Pill Acoustic is an acoustic studio version of Alanis Morissette's international breakthrough album Jagged Little Pill (1995). When Jagged Little Pill Acoustic was released in 2005, it commemorated the tenth anniversary of the original album. The album's single in the U.S. was "Hand In My Pocket". The video for the track received rotation on VH1.
