The VEJA V-90 sneakers are not your ordinary kicks, as they are built from vegetable-tanned leather, the tech lining is made from recycled polyester, and VEJA used at least 50% bio-based or recycled rubber for the cupsole. By the way, the cowhide comes from farms in Uruguay, a country known for its culture of animal husbandry and the quality of its leather; it's tanned in Brazil in compliance with REACH standards, with special attention to water consumption during the tanning process. Plus, these VEJA shoes are produced in a high standard International Labour Organization factory in Brazil. In addition, to make VEJA V-90 look and feel different, the design smoothly blends minimalist aesthetics with innovative technologies.
