Martens & Martens is a family business with a history of product design by Klaartje Martens and her father, the renowned graphic designer Karel Martens. Karel's influential work in the field of visual communication spans decades and seamlessly combines typography, color and form.

For the Martens SUBU Loafers, Pop Trading Company and Martens & Martens took the iconic design of the SUBU family, the Nannen, to give the shoe a fresh twist with some graphic elements and a new upper.
