The freshly arrived 860 by New Balance is the latest running shoe in a series of performance styles from the early 2010s that have become street fashion favorites. Like its close relatives, the New Balance 1906R and 2002R runners, the NB 860 features a sole with a combination of flexible ACTEVA LITE cushioning, shock-absorbing N-ergy outsole and segmented ABZORB SBS pods at the heel. The New Balance 860 impresses with a design that's equipped with synthetic overlays at the toe and heel area. The upper is made from open-knit mesh, which is therefore highly breathable, and is decorated in a minimalist style with curved lines that originate at the eyelets.
