The nanamica OOAL Cap is constructed with a chambray fabric in which the warp threads are made of strong-twist cotton yarn, while the weft threads are made of Australian combed wool yarn. This material has a balanced stiffness while maintaining the natural texture of the materials. The design of the nanamica OOAL Cap is based on the U.S. Army's A-3 mechanic cap from the 1940s.
