In the sub-labels latest offering, a light is being shone on Robbert Latumahina, otherwise known as Sensory Overload and Hybrid Systems. This release sees him under the guise of Robbert Mononom, representing his membership of the legendary Dutch free party crew Mononom Soundsystem, responsible for the very first teknivals in The Netherlands and collaborators with other pioneering collectives such as Hardcore Peace Generation and Spiral Tribe themselves. What’s now being bought to light is some of the most brutal & intense original Freetekno ever committed to the recorded medium, culminating in the 20 minute long, psychedelic trip of Ice Age on the B-side.
