ON THE Move is the title track of the hit studio album and overdue vinyl release written and performed by the legendary Funkateer Bobby Byrd. When setting up the studio sessions Soulciety and Bobby listened back to some classic tunes he did in the 7ts. “Wow, that’s really me”, marveled Bobby Byrd, with a smile on his face, “I had totally forgotten about these tracks...” When Soulciety released the studio album “On the Move (I Can’t Get Enough)” in 1994, the album became a somewhat hoped for, but still unexpected success.
