One of those bands forever in between. Too pop for punks, too punk for pop. Too clean for garage nostalgia, and too weird for Americana. A labor of DIY, recorded by their former drummer Brown Barcella and Alessio Lonati, produced and mastered by their best friend Riccardo Zamboni and released on their own Wild Honey Records.

Fast Freight is the new album from Deniz Tek with Art and Steve Godoy. Art and Steve are internationally known skateboard stars, tattooists and punk rockers. They have been in Deniz' solo band for more than 20 years. The first album they appeared on with Deniz was Glass Eye World, billed as Deniz Tek and the Golden Breed . Deniz, originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan, is known as a founding member of the Australian based band Radio Birdman. He has maintained a prolific career in both live performance and recording. His work spans multiple decades. He has toured extensively in Australia, North America, Europe, and Asia. He is an inductee in the Australian Music Hall of Fame and was voted number 7 of the top 100 Australian guitarists of all time by Australian Guitar Magazine. Fast Freight is basic, no-frills electric guitar rock and roll with a punk edge, recorded and mixed entirely on vintage analog equipment. Following the recent all-instrumental Lost For Words, and the rock album Mean Old Twister, replete with keyboard and horn arrangements, Fast Freight is a return to basic roots.

"A World Like That - Live at B-Side captures a unique moment in time, recorded in the summer of 2021, just as live music was returning to Memphis. We were celebrating the release of my fifth studio album, The Rhythm of the City, six months after its actual release. The album features my extended, 7-piece, all-star Memphis band and horn section, performing for the first time under the new name we gave ourselves: John Paul Keith and The Rhythm of the City. We didn’t really set out to make a live record, but once we heard the tracks, we decided to share it with the world. "We named the album after my song 'A World Like That', which I had written years earlier but never recorded. I included the song after the legendary Memphis soul great Don Bryant released his version as a single in February 2021. World events have only seemed to make the lyrics more relevant to me, and so we decided to feature it on this live album. A World Like That - Live at B-Side will first be made available exclusively at our shows on the The Rhythm of the City Tour in Europe in April and May 2022. They’re wild and young and free, someone would say.
FREEZ are a bunch of italian 18 years old guys that write great garage-pop songs.
They already toured Europe and had a track from their debut made it to a FatCat Records compilation.
Always Friends is a solid alternative rock record, written by Michele Bellinaso in his bedroom in his mother's house and
then recorded it with his bandmates Nicolò and Stefano at Fox Studio (Venice) with New Candys' member Andrea
Volpato. The whole album is split in two parts that reflect two di erent moods: the happier one filled with romantic
choruses screamed in the microphone, adolescences themes and “falling in love” stories, then the more emotional part
with even more distortions on it, that accompanies the sad vibes of the record, based on friends leaving hometown, the
need of having someone beside you and choosing what to do with your life.
FREEZ is an up-and-coming garage rock band from Schio (ITA). Michele, Stef and Nicolò make up one of the youngest
actively touring band from northern Italy. FREEZ sound like they were born and raised on the California coast, unapologetically
taking their echo-drenched, surf-punk vibe straight out of Oakland, San Francisco and Long Beach.
While music magazines hails them as the new voice of Italian Slacker-rock, FREEZ have been hard at work.
With no signs of slowing down they already have done several tours around Italy, France and Switzerland on their “Do
Nothing Club Tour”.

MaDDaM is the new garage rock/punk band launched by Damiano Cason & Damiano "Wilson" Negrisoli (Bee Bee Sea, Yonic south). The project is born from the previous Damianals, a band whose aim was to gather only members with the name Damiano, hailing from a small town in northern Italy called Castel Goffredo. Bee Bee Sea and al/paca members are in the band too. A melodic air on a biting music guides their style. There's the Wilson' Garage-Punk signature sound, some strong power pop elements but also nods to the 90s, a rarity in a music landscape currently dominated by post-punk. For fans of Fountains of Wayne, Teenage Fanclub, The Pastels, and much more. There are always street stories, but there is also criticism and self-criticism. Out of time but on the ball, from the middle of nowhere but good for every place.
