It all began in 2020 and the virus that, as we all know, paralyzed everything. The musicians Michael Vetter (guitar & bass, ex-Pump) and Roland Seidel (vocals, ex-Wasteland), who were condemned to do nothing, decided to get active together during the bleak phase of the global lockdown. The result: a symbiosis of the energy of bands like Iron Maiden, the darkness of Black Sabbath and the playfulness of Helloween. Saber is an LA-based metal band known for their uniquely sleazy take on the NWOBHM sound.
