For the Gel-Quantum Kinetic, the expertise of the ASICS Institute of Sport Science was used to design the midsole: It's equipped with ASICS' proprietary Scutoid GEL technology that includes a densely packed 3D geometry and a special offset axis structure, which improves cushioning.
