Blu-Swing Hikari No Kioku

A jazz band “BLU-SWING,” known for their wide international following, especially in Japan and Asia, releases a special remix of their tranquil track “Hikari no Kioku,” from their 2023 album “Spectre,” on 7-inch vinyl for the "Sea of Love" compilation. Keyboardist Yusuke Nakamura’s remix “Hikari no Kioku ynkmr. (blu-swing) Sea of Love Remix” transforms the original serene vibe into a lovers' reggae style. The medium-tempo reggae beat and jazzy horn section provide a pleasant backdrop, with cool vocals by Yurie Tanaka, topped off with a dubby mix. It’s a track that evokes the feeling of waves of light, perfect for listening to by the sea.
