Marlon Knispel True Originals Book

When Marlon Knispel told us about his purpose to create a book that documents the most important decades of adidas sneakers, we were on fire to support his project. True Originals is an exciting presentation of original Trefoil footwear designs of the 70s, 80s and 90s. On 10/07, we proudly present the True Originals Limited Box powered by HHV as well as the HHV edition of the book that’s limited to 100 copies.

The book focuses on bball kicks, surrounded by anecdotes, nice little stories, insider knowledge and technical facts about the features shoes. It tells the story of the sportswear company from Herzogenaurach from a sneaker head’s perspective – how the Trefoil company developed iconic designs with the magic 3 Stripes branding and developed into one of the most amazing sports footwear brands of the world.

The „True Originals“ book illustrates more than 100 original adidas designs, presented in a chronological order. Each sneaker also features information about when and where it has been produced in the first place.
