It has the warm feel of fleece and a texture that allows moisture to escape directly to improve breathability and prevent a stuffy feeling. The ROA x Tilak Nebba Jacket is also equipped with a Pertex Quantum Air-Shell, which offers excellent windproof and water-repellent performance and is lightweight, making this design suitable for a variety of adventures.
