Danner Danner Field Low GTX (Jet Black)

With the Field Low, Danner goes back to the company's roots and its 1932 policy of "manufacturing the best shoes possible" by combing the best materials and technologies. While keeping the specifications of the legendary Danner Field, the brand created a low-top version with a shortened cut, so these nice shoes also be used as a casual everyday shoe during rainfall throughout the year.

To make the Danner Field Low waterproof, Danner used a Gore-Tex® membrane that's famous for its excellent waterproof and breathable performance. The Gore-Tex® membrane's pores, which are as small as 1/20,000 of water droplets, prevent water from entering, and at the same time, the pores that are about 700 times larger than water vapor molecules produce high moisture permeability. By applying membrane processing, the Danner Field Low GTX is also highly windproof and demonstrates outstanding performance in outdoor scenes such as trails and camping.

The Danner Field Low GTX is also equipped with a Vibram® Kletterlift sole that features a wide platform and boasts excellent grip due to the traditional Vibram pattern combination. In addition, lugs are applied to the inside and outside of the arch to ensure firm traction. It makes it possible to walk safely. The construction of the Danner Field Low GTX also allows to replace the sole.

Another functional detail is the highly breathable and odor-resistant Ortholite® insole that also provides excellent cushioning. The open-cell structure makes it breathable, and the unique material blend enhances durability. Since it's lightweight and hard to sag, Ortholite® insole's cushioning properties are maintained for a long time.
