The first 7-inch analog vinyl release of “Habana” from “La Mirada,” the intelligent masterpiece album by Cuban musician Yaniel Matos, who is active in Brazil. The B-side features a DJ-friendly remix by Musicaanossa 75, a special unit consisting of Tomoaki Nakamura (Musicaanossa / Bar Music) and riki azuma (Small Circle of Friends / Studio 75). Yaniel Matos is a unique cellist and pianist who was born in Cuba, lives in Sao Paulo, and is deeply devoted to Brazilian music as well as Cuban music. The lead track “Habana,” which appeared on his 2014 masterpiece album “La Mirada” and captivated many, is now available for the first time on 7” analog vinyl. The song beautifully captures the vibrancy, passion, and nostalgia of Cuba's capital city, Havana.
