But We Salute You, You and You! is not just induging in past glory, it is also transcending the narrow realm of instrumental rock: almost all tracks on the album have vocals this time around, and even screamed vocals make a debut in EF's discography here. "We've previously had pretty heavy aggressive parts in songs, but we've never screamed," explains A°strom once more. "With this album we've tried to be more direct, more consistent. Maybe take it back a few notches to rhyme better with our youth as hardcore musicians. The screaming just came naturally." EF have tremendously broadened their sonic palette with this album, while at the same time staying true to their charismatic formula of sound which we love them for. With a host of immediately memorable melodies and truly sublime compositions, the four from Gothenburg have once more delivered an overwhelming experience of glorious wistfulness and melancholia - an album which is right up there with the classics that have inspired them.

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the fourth album Ceremonies of swedish post- rockers EF, Kapitän Platte will repress this album on colored vinyl again. The recordwill come in an fold-out-sleeve incl. download code.Here are some words from the band about this release:10 years have passed since we unleashed "Ceremonies" to the masses - maybe our most pretentious album of our career.Somehow we felt the urge to refine the EF sound and really work focused with each instrumentation. We wanted to make sure that everything was thought through and not only make noise like we used to when we were young and emotional. Well, in2013 we were actually still pretty young... Living fast and with hungry hearts finding attraction in the tumbling nightlife. We were the guests of honor. Tomorrow alwaysfelt so distant. We're looking back at the last decade with blurry eyes and fading memories. From then until now we've all been walking different paths. We needed to drift apart just tobe able to find our way back together again. To become creative again. We're happy to celebrate this 10th anniversary giving you a repress of "Ceremonies".We hope You'll enjoy it!
